Hotel con balcone a Rishikesh

Colazione inclusa, molto buona.

The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace, Rishikesh is a great and beautiful hotel. The interior decoration is charming. The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention. The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath. Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members. The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work. In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the hotel but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.

it was good stay with great ambience, but there is no room service for tea even for water as well. you have to fill your water bottle from water cooler which they doesn't have on every floor. Not good for elders, toddler and pregnant lady as you have to mount a clif which is very difficult. sufficient bulb/light was not in the room. value for money. they provide bike and rafting services in reasonable price. management is professional spectacular room is at 4th floor, It has good view but you have to walk to 50 stairs to reach.

We had a fantastic time  and used it as a base to see all the wonders around Rishikesh. The hotel was ideally situated for all the surrounding amenities not too far from Laxman Jhula. Waking up every morning with the views and the sound of the Ganga were absolutely amazing.. The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous , polite and helpful. I would certainly go back and recommend it
