"Super nice hotel to stay in Xiling Snow Mountain, just next to the 2nd cable car! Staff is super helpful tooooo. We upgraded our room to lake view room and the view was spectacular!

Luggage transfer is available, next to the u1st cable car ticket counter. They will send it up to Cotti Coffee (next to yingxue hotel entrance) and you’ll pick up there.

1118619****Un B&B molto caratteristico e ricco di storia, è un'antica dimora con più cortili interni e gli spazi sono curatissimi. La sera c'erano persino cantanti che si esibivano, creando un'atmosfera davvero piacevole. La colazione, poi, era ottima. Il servizio è stato caloroso e il personale estremamente disponibile. Alla partenza ci hanno persino offerto un piccolo omaggio. Dopo la nostra partenza abbiamo dimenticato delle cose in camera e lo staff è stato così gentile da aiutarci a ritrovarle e a spedircele. In sintesi, è un B&B di charme assolutamente da consigliare.

UUtente ospiteso far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

Xingye Snow Mountain Manor – Comfortable Stay with Hot Springs, but Snow-Dependent
Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is located about a 30–40 minute drive from Xiling Snow Mountain. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent.
The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking.
The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay.
One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos.
Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain.
For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up.
Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

HHanfennI had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special.
The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

最近有竹筍，我們挖了幾個帶回家做了筍子炒臘肉，清爽還回甜 超級下飯
民宿有拓印植物的活動，有一個小姐姐指導，晚上有駐唱歌手，唱得很好聽，也可以自己唱兩首，小哥哥配合我們彈伴奏，很愜意 很放鬆，管家會給晚安燉品，重點表揚，句句有迴應，句句都是都是‘可以啊 ’，因為是生日，還特意煮了長壽麪，太貼心了，謝謝☺️
我宣佈 這裡是有温暖和真情的一個温暖休憩的角落💌
還有小貓和小狗 🐶這才是身心放鬆待的地方，人適合多待在自然下

Eeternal 5202地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

SSharimanHotel in centro città, con un mercato mattinale pieno sulla strada sotto. Nessun ascensore, doveva portare il bagaglio sulle scale. Le camere sono dotate di riscaldamento e anche di biancheria riscaldata!
Ha preso didi dall'hotel al Xiling Ski Resort per RMB80 (50 + 30 extra per la guida di montagna). Mangiare un po' difficile per musulmani o vegetariani, meglio portare noodles istantanei o cose pronte a mangiare.
La zia Chow, assistente, ha aiutato molto a fornire servizi nonostante la barriera linguistica. Molto felice di rimanere qui.

The initial rooms we got wasn't the one we booked, looks old and dirty. We showed them the pictures from trip.com the rooms we book and looks different and old to the reception and the lady gave us the upgraded rooms. You have to ask and insist, else they will just give you which ever room available (not the ones you booked).

RRoryHakunaThe camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable.
Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best!
At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.
