This 7 Bedroom private compound will sleep 14. We are 7 miles from Sequoia National Park gates. The extensive lawn stretches to the river, including a small beach and nice swimming hole. River may change our landscape during rain season, as Mother Nature has its own plans. 2 Newly furnished homes, one with 4 bedrooms, the other with 3 bedrooms and total 5 bathrooms and 6 car garage converted to a Huge Game Room. Each house has its own spa. A perfect place for family gatherings, corporate retreats or peace and relaxation. Wildlife abounds, live in nature. We'd love to welcome you to our little slice of paradise. Throw off your shoes and take a walk through the luscious green lawns down to your own private beach with a swimming hole. There is plenty of additional closet space to store any excess luggage or toys.Both kitchens come fully equipped with an electric range, microwave, full size refrigerator, double sink. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven, a dishwasher, a massive French-door refrigerator, a coffee maker, cookware, serving ware, dinnerware and flatware. All you have to bring is your food! Not the coffee, though, because we provide fresh coffee beans and Keurig pods for you along with commonly used spices. Ground level you will find a bedroom for the kids complete with two twin sized beds. On the opposite side of the living area is a bedroom with a new queen pillow-top mattress. This bedroom faces the mountains. Also on this floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower.Upstairs you will find the Grand Primary bedroom & bath. If you need to park something bigger like an RV or a boat, that will work too.Other Things to Note:What to expect: this is a family neighborhood with plenty of cell service, so it doesn’t feel too rural despite being in a relatively rural area. You might spot or hear wild turkeys wandering the streets! Being that this is still a rural community in the foothills of the Sierras, you can also expect bugs. We have a regular pest control service as well as a zapper and citronella candles available for your comfort in the backyard, but a few might still sneak through.Summers in Three Rivers are hot! While the game room and side bedroom have small a/c units, they are not as strong and powerful as the central air conditioning to the rest of the house. This might affect your comfort on extremely hot days. Water pressure in this area is limited and the water we use is valuable.
