Hotel in zona Pirallahi Adası, Baku

Durante il mio 13-hour dislocamento a Baku, ho scelto di rilassarmi all'Fly Inn Baku Hotel, cercando una pausa rilassante tra i voli. L'atmosfera moderna e pulita, il servizio conveniente e le politiche facoltative flessibili di check-in e check-out hanno attirato le mie preferenze. Le camere spaziose, le essenze di bagno ben accantonate, i vestiti più grandi e l'eccellente giornata di fitness hanno contribuito a un soggiorno confortevole. L'hotel, pur essendo vicino all'aeroporto, mantiene un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. L'ospitalità eccezionale dell'Azerbaigian mi ha fatto sentire come un ospite aspettato, e il valore dell'hotel per i soldi era evidente. Sebbene i mobili leggermente obsoleti e i tubi da bagno fossero considerazioni minori, non hanno inciso in modo significativo sull'esperienza positiva complessiva. Raccomando l'Hotel Fly Inn Baku per i viaggiatori che cercano un layout tranquillo, offrendo eccellenti servizi come un spa, un'area di lobby tranquilla, camere spaziose con un ottimo vetro per ridurre al minimo il rumore di pista, e Wi-Fi affidabile per coloro che desiderano lavorare durante il soggiorno.

This is my 3rd visit to Baku because its a beautiful and vibrant city with many touristic places to visit.Especially the Azeri people are very cordeal and receptive.I think this is one of the safest cities of the world.The hotels are cheap and quote effordable.The transport system is superb one doesn't have to hire a taxi because it's metro network is widely spreader and cheap.

The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness and services, but the breakfast needs to be improved in terms of varieties.

In generale tutto è buono: normale colazione (sì, la diversità è piccola se soggiorno per molto tempo, ma in una settimana non ho avuto tempo di sentire), camera adeguata, wi-fi, eccellente personale e prezzo. La stanza era un po' stanca (un paio di punti sul tappeto, un giro), ma nel bagno tutti nuovi + regolarmente aggiornato le spese e mobili principali in ottima condizione. La principale meno - posizione: fermate di autobus che vanno dal centro vicino e camminano spesso OT, ma prima di fermare se stessi è necessario passare attraverso la macchina parcheggiata presso i servizi, i concessionari e gli impianti di autobus. I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Worst hotel experience ever, from the location a noisy late night restaurant to the drunken fights outside your room!!! strong stench of sewage in the room, mold in the shower cabin, musty smell of towels that are given one per person in a 4-star hotel(!) Met us, showed us one room, and in fact moved us into another The hotel administration could not settle the noisy guests who were behind our wall until two in the morning! The bed for two was completely unprepared, the two mattresses kept moving apart and it was not possible to sleep together The overall clean is questionable, dust on the windowsill, dirty carpeting, hair on the bed I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

Mi piaceva davvero questo hotel. Persone dustose e amichevole, buone camere confortevoli. Beh abbastanza cibo-Abbiamo comprato un alloggio con colazioni. Colpi, formaggio, uova, salsicce, uova, verdure. Dai frutta: mele, pere e mandarini. Serve diversi tipi di succhi, tè, caffè.C'è un centro spa all'hotel, mi piace il Ham e la sauna finlandese con una piscina è gratuita per gli ospiti. L'hotel non è nel cuore della città, ma c'è la stazione metropolitana di Nizzami vicino alla porta, o si può andare in taxi, è economico in città. Usiamo l'Uber. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato Grandmart, una rete di negozi Bravo. E se si va un po' in strada, si può andare al Zaura Cafe, l'unico posto che penso si può mangiare caldo e zuppa a un prezzo economico.Un momento importante quando si paga per il vostro soggiorno - se paga sul posto, prendi solo dollari e manate. Raccomando molto questo hotel, qui è creato tutto per un confortevole riposo!

Il personale dell'hotel è attento e la stanza è pulita e pulita. Anche se la decorazione è un po'vecchia, non influenza l'esperienza di soggiorno. 第一次阿塞拜疆之旅，訂酒店時我真是猶豫了很久。最後還是定了離古城地鐵站很近的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。 從結論説，訂在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店是正確的，性價比非常高。 1.離古城地鐵站非常近，走路10分鐘左右。到古城也是步行十幾分鍾。 酒店大門右邊有地下通道，穿過後就是海濱公園看裏海。裏海側房間和餐廳可以看到漂亮的海景，無任何遮擋，每天看着日出吃早餐，真是太幸福。 2.離地毯博物館非常近，幾百米 3.幾百米就有一個大商場，超市，買東西方便 4.這次入住還有一個小插曲，我當天辦理入住後，發現房間跟我預訂的房型有出入，就和前台反應。結果，當天剛剛有一個大的旅遊團入住沒房間了，前台的Samad先生和金髮碧眼的美女經理Elvira積極的幫我們解決問題，貼心的贈送我們點心，水果等，而且還附上了一張手寫的卡片。 從這裏可以看出，巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店的員工訓練有素，員工互相以及上下級之間的溝通準確，高效，給人感覺是所有員工都在共同努力提供最好的服務。而且Elvira經理還經常去餐廳檢查菜品，見到我們在用餐，馬上過來詢問有無問題，休息的如何等。我在日本二十多年，曾就業於日本的航空公司，自認為日本的服務世界一流，沒想到在阿塞拜疆的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店也體驗到了不輸於日本的服務。 再説餐廳也是非常好，早餐種類豐富，菜品也經常換，每一位廚師都兢兢業業的工作，不衹是做菜，就連客人的一切都在關注，一次夾菜時，如果不小心，夾子會碰到菜品上面的照明燈，馬上兩個廚師就把菜品上方几個燈都調整了。麪包裏最推薦牛角包派類的，新烤的，酥酥脆脆的非常好吃。當然，全麥類，果仁類麪包也很好。餐廳的Murad先生還特意用中文和我們打招呼，經常過來看我們需要什麼，然後給我們端來熱熱的咖啡或茶。他們時刻在關注客人們，真心能感受到他們的熱情服務。 關於毛巾，礦泉水，拖鞋等打電話給前台，客房服務的帥哥馬上就送來了，非常快，在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店住了八晚，每次都是這樣，非常好 結束了這次阿塞拜疆巴庫之旅回到了家，還要衷心感謝以美女經理Elvira為首的所有酒店員工，讓我的旅行有了很多很好的體會和新的感受。下次去阿塞拜疆巴庫還希望能入住巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。再次多謝所有的工作人員。

The reason why I came to Baku was that they told me a lot about Baku and I wanted to come and see it. It so happened that we came with a group and chose Qafqaz Baku City hotel. The hotel is beautiful and most of all, the staff have smiling faces, the rooms seem to have been renovated but they were clean, I thank all the staff and the night manager Mr Elfan, advised us on the best places to visit in Baku, and most importantly, he showed us the Old City on the map. In general, I left this hotel with good memories
