Само расположение хостела White City Hostel, Баку (Азербайджан в старинном особняке, очень удачно, Хостел находится в 5-ти минутах ходьбы от станции метро и множества транспортных маршрутов, в том числе из аэропорта—в аэропорт имени Гейдара Алиева. Просторные комнаты для гостей, не перегруженные спальными местами, высокие 4-х метровые потолки и необыкновенно широкие балконы с видом на перспективу города –отличительные черты хостела White City Hostel, Руководитель хостела, организатор и администратор – позитивный и профессиональный человек Илькин Зейналов (Ilkin Zeynalov). У него всегда всё под контролем, никогда не бывает скандалов или каких-то накладок, всё что ни делает этот человек - он делает быстро и легко, несмотря на то, что гости хостела прибывают из разных стран, он находит со всеми общий язык и решает все возникающие вопросы в любое время дня и ночи. Невозможно не проникнуться его позитивной энергией! Илькин сам встречает гостей хостела, показывает номера для проживания, большие и комфортные кровати, общую кухню, где есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи: плита, кастрюльки, сковородки, кружки, ложки, вилки и т.д. Есть так же микроволновка и 2 холодильника. В хостеле существует золотое правило: не шуметь с 23:00 до 8:00. За этим и за безопасностью хостела четко следит ночной администратор, который и ночью принимает и расселяет прибывающих гостей хостела. Ещё одно правило : приём алкоголя категорически запрещен и гости неукоснительно следуют этому правилу. Всё постельное бельё хостела постоянно стирается и выглаживается. Спать на таком белье - одно удовольствие. Оборудовано место для глажения одежды проживающих в хостеле, уборка производится ежедневно и что немаловажно при скоплении определенного количества людей – дезинфекция помещений. Два маркета, бвнки, маленькие магазинчики, чудесный парк рядом, знаменитая шумная и веселая улица Низами рядом и, конечно, гордость Баку-набережная Каспийского моря в 10 минутах ходьбы –отличительные особенности расположения хостела White City Hostel, Рекомендую ли я Вам там остановиться? - определенно ДА! The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

One of the worst hotels ever. My stay was absolutely terrible. We had booked 4 rooms, the hotel was kind of enough to provide us with 2 rooms before the check in time, however when it came to giving us our remaining 2 rooms, we got them much after the check in time (half n hour late). Day 2, breakfast was ok, we went out and came back in the evening, our rooms were all clean. However upon return, my sister found that her makeup box was open and a lipstick was missing, we immediately complained and were told that action will be taken Day 3, we go for breakfast by 10 (which by the way is from 8-10:30) and there are empty dishes They did not even bother to replenish the dishes that got over, simply shrugged and said “it’s over”. We come back at night by 10, and our rooms haven’t been made. Towels were not changed, water wasn’t provided, NOTHING. Had to call the receptionist and he sent water bottle. Interestingly, as soon as he gave me water at around 10:30 PM, he calls and tells me to clear the airport pickup bill immediately (at that very moment). I told him that i will do it at the time of check out, I’m still there for 2 more days, but he didn’t listen and insisted that the airport pick up bill be cleared at 10:30 PM Day 4, once again we arrive for breakfast and once again the dishes are empty, and absolutely zero response from the staff. Day 5, we check out and as luck would have it, again no breakfast because the food got over, the coffee machine wasn’t working and the toaster was also not working. Over all, very rude staff, horrible room, not clean, very bad condition of the bathroom, lipstick issue didn’t get resolved. My bad luck that I had already paid in advance for the five days otherwise I would have checked out on day 2. Even the toiletries were not provided. Shampoo and soap got over by day 3, they didn’t bother to provide new ones. They didn’t replenish the tea bags and sugar kits My advice to fellow traveler’s, DON’T go by the star rating, this hotel deserves 1 or maybe no star rating at all, please don’t stay here or if you do then at your own risk. They don’t understand the concept of boutique hotel. I cannot emphasise on the staff being rude aspect because it was really really really very bad.

Una parola è difficile, tranne che per un viaggio vicino al luogo di partenza, altri non sono davvero buoni. La posizione è ancora buona. Ci sono lentiggini vicino, vicino al mare di Lihai, e non molto lontano da due buoni ristoranti cinesi. Ma non so perché la reception dell'hotel è al secondo piano, l'ingresso del primo piano, e una volta che si rompe il tavolo, mi sento molto male. Il giorno in cui il soggiorno è arrivato presto, e va bene aspettare fino a mezzogiorno, ma c'è un grande fratello nel letto aperto a Nakah 😪. Va bene tornare indietro e aspettare un'ora per pulire e pulire. Al secondo piano, c'è meno colazione, mangia un po'di copertura. Quando si è lasciato la stanza, non c'era nessuno nella reception mattina, non c'era nessuno nel pulsante, aspettando per molto tempo per lasciare la carta prima di partire. L'estate è la stagione turistica. Se non fosse stato per altri hotel prenotato e considerato il prezzo, probabilmente non vivrà più in questo hotel

Riposato con suo marito a Baku alla fine di giugno e molto felice che l'hotel Diplomat sia stato scelto per l'alloggio. Naturalmente, il primo vantaggio dell'hotel è la posizione nel cuore dell'hotel. Vicino al metro, fermate di autobus, alla Old City, Boulevard e Trade si può raggiungere a piedi. L'hotel dispone di camere pulite e confortevoli, con un'area di lavoro e una camera da letto separata, nel bagno ci sono tutte le strutture, su richiesta può anche fornire tutte le necessarie. Il 9° piano offre una vista panoramica e marina, e l'hotel dispone di un'atmosfera tranquilla, molto confortevole, numerose negozi e caffè accanto all'hotel.

The Boutique hotel Baku is very close to the bustling Nizami street while being situated in a quiet lane, so that you are away from the noise yet close to the city centre. The master suite was spacious for the three of us and all the amenities were provided. The elevator was a welcome relief compared to a lot of other hotels in Baku. The breakfast buffet was excellent The staff were efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend this hotel The extra bed in the room needs to be of better quality. Hope the management works on this suggestion
