Ho letto recensioni positive su diversi siti e ho prenotato questo hotel per 2 giorni. Il prezzo si è rivelato piuttosto allettante, quindi la scelta è caduta su di lui. Sono stato attratto dalla posizione, dalla colazione e dalla spa. Ho effettuato l'ordine non direttamente, ma tramite una piattaforma popolare; ho fatto una richiesta specifica che mi servivano 2 camere situate almeno su un piano, e se possibile anche su un piano alto. Le richieste speciali non sono state soddisfatte; una stanza era al 3° piano, l'altra al 5° piano. La vista dalla finestra è disgustosa, è meglio non guardarla. È difficile mettersi d'accordo con il personale perché purtroppo non parlano né russo né inglese. C'è un senso di mancanza di professionalità, mancanza di compostezza e negligenza. C'è molto personale, ma non serve a niente. Manca la mano ferma del direttore generale. In camera 4 Stelle il set bagno comprende: 1 shampoo e 1 bagnoschiuma. Mancano la vestaglia e la tazza da tè. Pessimo isolamento acustico, si sente tutto quello che fanno i vicini, i bambini ti hanno impedito di dormire fino alle 2 di notte. Colazione: piccola selezione, ma puoi scegliere. Caffè 8 manat. Spa: ancora problemi di comprensione, ho accettato di registrare tramite WhatsApp, penso che non sia etico registrare i messaggi vocali ai propri clienti. Il personale non conosce i prezzi dei servizi, cosa è incluso e cosa no. Prima hanno detto che paghi il massaggio, il peeling e l'ingresso, poi che non devi pagare l'ingresso. Non riuscivo a spiegare quello di cui avevo bisogno perché non mi capivano, ho spiegato la stessa cosa a più persone, ma è stato tutto inutile. Il massaggio non valeva i soldi, era la prima volta che vedevo qualcuno farsi un massaggio e parlare al telefono. La spa è piccola, l'acqua della piscina è fredda. Le richieste speciali non sono state soddisfatte; abbiamo chiesto camere al 1° piano e ci sono state assegnate camere diverse. Pochi giorni dopo fummo spostati dal 5° piano. Durante il peeling, i nei venivano strappati finché non diventavano doloranti. Non capiscono il russo e l'inglese. Non lo consiglio

Il servizio è molto buono, il bel ragazzo alla reception è molto entusiasta e la colazione ha troppe poche varietà

Good place for a short stay. We stayed for four nights and had a comfortable experience. Staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very less to no breakfast options for vegetarians.

I am enjoying a lot also cleaness facilities is good

Большой номер, все необходимое для комфортного проживания было (не хватало полотенец, но их быстро принесли) Хороший завтрак - шведский стол.

If there is something less than one star I would rate this place with, We are currently there for the worst holiday ever because of this place, they ruined our trip. Let me start with the room and my booking, I booked double room and selected the 2 beds option. We checked in and found out the room has only one bed, I spoke to to receptionist nothing happened he kept on saying it is not my job to change rooms I am only receptionist. He said I will check if we can change your room tomorrow, and then we were looking for the blanket/ cover, this is what we found. A dirty disgusting thing to sleep with, the response from the receptionist was sorry we have no extra blankets to change it for you. He didn’t even feel sorry that we found this in the room, it wasn’t just the cover, bed sheets and pillows smell disgusting. Towels are ripped and smells bad. For 3 days I am begging them to give me a clean cover. Every day I have to repeat the same story for whoever is on the shift ,the response was always sorry it is not my job sorry we don’t have extra sorry we don’t have available rooms to give you. In our 3 night at 12:30 am midnight my friend and I( 2 ladies) in the room we were sleeping, suddenly we found a stranger man opening our room with his card. He scared us at midnight I called the reception to ask him how did this man open my room and how his card worked on my door, he didn’t answer because he knew he is trouble as he heard me screaming when I felt scared because our room is the first floor. This morning I went to the reception to talk about what happened yesterday, the answer was sorry I wasn’t on duty someone else was and I don’t know what happened. If I go more through details everybody will see how unprofessional this place and the people work there are. A very bad experience I will never ever repeat it, save your money and your trip and don’t ever book at this place.

The Rooms are not good and very noisy. We could hear someone banging or cutting something very close to our room. We were in room 203 . The Air conditioning was not good at all. The room doesnt cool well. 2nd day the ac just turned off. The receptionist dont even greet and are not welcoming at all. They do not wish good morning or smile . Breakfast wasnt too great. I wouldnt recommend anyone specially families to stay in this hotel. Also the pool was under maintenance. Overall not a great experience.

Nice modern decor. Room was very spacious. Central heating, air con. Fridge in room. 24 hour check in, I checked in at 5 am. About 25 mins walk to main square. Bolt very cheap to get around the city from the hotel. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance . Internet worked fine and the price was a bargain. Would stay here 100% again .

Clean, wide room and good location. Easy access to everywhere. Very comfortable to stay. The room has a balcony, so good to sit down in warm season. The road in front of the hotel is a little noisy. Breakfast is good. Change warm things daily.
