We reached on 24th Dec with our families, Check in time was 3 pm they delayed it without explanation after asking reason for delay miss Chingis and tahmima at reception didn’t even bother to talk to us and . chawat so called useless bastard manager spoke to us and insulted us by saying - ( I am telling you now you wait by browsing his phone didn’t even bother to look at us to talk , except bell boy Mr tural was very nice to us , thank u tural .

I booked this hotel with a nice view but when I came they gave me two bedrooms and the view was a building under construction and I asked them to change the room for me but they ignored my request and the phone in the room was not working and when I told then to change the phone but they also ignored me so whenever I want to call them I have to go to my kids room and I booked a king bedroom and they put a bed with one single bedsheet, this is my first time I book for a king bed with a single bedsheet. This was a bad experience from this hotel and the people in the hotel and I don't think I'll visit this country again and I won't recommend this hotel to a

I stayed at Grand Midway Hotel, Baku from October 1st to 4th, 2024, and had a truly disappointing experience, particularly with the breakfast service and staff behavior. I had informed the hotel the night before that I would need breakfast at 6:45 AM as I had to leave early. Despite the breakfast spread being ready, I was rudely refused entry until 7:00 AM. When I entered at 7 and started to serve myself, the staff snatched the plate from my hand and insisted I wait until 7:15. This behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. What made it worse was the receptionist, Orkhan, who had the audacity to question why I needed to have breakfast at the hotel at all, suggesting I go outside instead. This is simply unacceptable, especially for a guest who is paying for the service. The hotel’s complete disregard for customer convenience and hospitality left a bad taste in my mouth—both figuratively and literally. If you are expecting a hotel that values its guests and delivers on basic services like breakfast, I do not recommend this place. The staff’s attitude was unwelcoming, rude, and far from what you’d expect from any reputable establishment. A very disappointing stay.

Location is great but the cleanliness of the room was below average. Staff was good and the food was also nice. A bit more cleaner rooms would make this a great choice. Nice budget friendly option if you are not big on cleanliness. I might not opt this again

The worst hotel in the world;unwelcoming team;the receptionist never answer;the housekeeping is very dirty;the check in take a long time and the receptionist shout at me;the breakfast is very poor,no variety;they offer at the breakfast the remaining food from the dinner of the day before;they offer rice&vegetables at the breakfast; I asked for extra pillow they answered not available;;very narrow room;not recommended at all

The hotel location is the greatest thing about the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are small and the furniture is old. The blankets need cleaning and renewing. The breakfast is just basic with traditional ( home made like) options.

Very beautiful hotel, very friendly stuff especially Mr Qeysar! He’s very helpful and very nice and kind! He made our stay very nice and comfortable! Agha in restaurant he is very nice and helpful too and very friendly and made us feel home. It was our second time here and we will definitely come back

- Hotel has great location, heat of the city 10 to15 minutes from all attractions. - from office team are amazing and helpful - room is clean with reasonable size if you’re light traveler - breakfast was nice with lots of fresh items -it’s quiet hotel

excellent staf especially mr uzeyir he help me Significantly to find my bag in anther hotel calling and texting and the location is very good beside the center and the breakfast is good and they clean the room everyday and they but water in the room everyday
