Nice place to stay rooms also good & big with sofa breakfast also better have little dusts

Pretty basic 3 star hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Service is decent, breakfast is okay, but other stuff such as cleanliness is lacking. New towels I got had dirty spots, room power outlets are flakey, the room and bathroom design is weird. Ok

Прекрасный отель, находящийся в старой части замечательного Баку. От метро до отеля всего 5 минут пешком. Рядом с отелем есть все необходимые продуктовые магазины, а также большое разнообразие кафе и ресторанов. Номер у нас был огромный - представительский, с балконом. В номере из техники тв, телефон, кофемашина (которая правда не работала). В ванне предоставляют шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер и крем для тела. Также дают мочалку. Завтрак - хороший шведский стол. Всегда найдется что перекусить. Очень приятный и вежливый персонал, все говорят на русском языке. Уборка и смена полотенец ежедневно. Единственным разочарованием было, что отель находится в высоком многоэтажном доме, но сам отель всего на первых 3-х этажах :) так что хорошего вида из номера на flame towers не ждите :) А так все прекрасно. Рекомендую.

Great experience. Had a lovely time staying here. Staff was very kind and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Location is great it is close to many of the best tourist spots just a walk away. Recommend. Hotel can improve cleanliness! Abdulali was very kind to us!

We recently spent a wonderful week at the Sapphire Inn Hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan, and it felt like home thanks to the exceptional staff, especially the receptionist Khaver! Khaver's warm welcome, attentive care, and expert recommendations made our stay truly unforgettable. The staff were always pleasant and ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds , sheets and towels freshly changed every day , and a lovely spacious bathroom . Delicious breakfast options . Convenient location Friendly and helpful staff !! One point though carpets need a good deep clean 😁

Rooms were not upto the standard, basic amenities such as wifi was poor, breakfast was same for all the days

Rooms were very clean and big. But quite disappointed at the same time as the wifi signal was very poor in our room and nobody took efforts to better it although we stayed there for 6 nights and last 2 days there was some issues with bathroom pipeline and the bathroom was stinking too much

Basic ammenities were not upto the mark, wifi connectivity was weak, bed was not very comfortable, breakfast didnt have much variety moreover was same every day. Toothbrush and paste wasn’t provided

The ac is leaking in the room and the night lamps are not working. There is a power fluctuation in the room. We stayed there for 3 nights and each day while we are going out we raised a complaint and after the tour while coming at night to the room it will be same and nothing is fixed. Again the complaints continue next morning but still it is same.

Rooms need refurbishment, location is good to commute tourist places, 10 min walk to nizami street, staff is humble and helpful

Loved the location. Bfast was great for people who eat european/american bfast. We loved it. Rooms were spacious and ac was great. Unlike some comments i read. Also the nearby shops bravo and all are really good. We liked it in all aspect
