We change our room three time!!!! The first the faucet in the bathroom came off. Then the second room the tv did not work. And third room the toilet handle came off but my Husband fix that. We requested general manager talk with us and we were told that She would be in on Saturday. She not show until Saturday night. She did not speak directly to us. But talk the desk in regard to our complaints. That is POOR MANAGMENT SKILLS.

We arrived after midnight very tired and the woman at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful. She checked us in quickly so we could get to our rooms and get some sleep.

There was ppl in one of our rooms upon checkin & the other room was filthy. bed wasn’t made, food everywhere

Stacey & Cici made our trip particularly enjoyable. My 93 year old mother and I were evacuating from Hurricane Idalia & under considerable emotional stress. Stacey & Cici handled us with care & professionalism under difficult circumstances which was above the call of duty and we certainly appreciate it. Because of this careful trea**ent, we will return & with appreciation. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The entire staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. I dont have any complaints about the staff. The rooms however could have been cleaned a little better. When i first arrived we had to get clean towels because the first set had footprints on them. The rooms were only cleaned during our stay if we asked. There wasnt a freshness in the room as you usually get when you stay at a hotel. Other than that my stay was good. The customer service made up for everything.

The hotel was convenient to my Family Reunion in Climax, Ga. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. I chose Hampton over Holiday Inn Express because it had an outdoor pool so that my grandson could swim and play. An indoor pool aggravates his asthma.

The Service From The Time Of My Arrival And My Stay Was Excellent Breakfast Was Amazing The Young Ladies Were Awesome The Front Desk Clerks Awesome The Cleaning Personnel Were Very, Very Mannerable And Did There Job To Perfection Keep Up The Good Work Great Team
