It was a good hotel, cold lobby, ballroom are big and spaces restaurants but the location is a bit out of the city. Having the shopping mall connected is very convenient and the shops nearby caters to one's basic needs without having to go too far.

Apprezzo le strutture offerte, come sono state ben mantenute e comode, ma sono stato deluso dal livello di servizio al cliente, il personale non era così amichevole o comprensivo come avevo sperato. Dopo un lungo viaggio di distanza, non riuscivo a rispondere rapidamente ai loro messaggi WhatsApp. Anche se riconosco che questo era il mio controllo, il modo in cui la situazione era affrontata mi sentivo inutilmente difficile. Un approccio più considerato e empatico avrebbe fatto una differenza significativa e spero che la gestione possa in futuro promuovere una migliore comprensione e una maggiore gentilezza nei confronti dei suoi ospiti.

Stayed at this hotel for Borneo Sonic Music Fest. Reasonably priced. Good coincidence that one of the stops for the shuttle bus service was located opposite this hotel. My room was clean & spacious. Happy that hot water worked at 1 am. I also like that there is 7 Eleven next door. Went to get milk after arriving from the music fest.

Customer service was excellent as the staff responded to my email queries before I had checked-in which was helpful and reassuring. Amenities and facilities (Electric kettle, Tea/Cofee, Sugar, Water bottles, Fridge, Safe, Wardrobe, Hot water in the shower and washbasin, Shampoo & soap, Clean towels, Daily cleaning, TV) are all as expected and listed in the booking confirmation. Spacious room with city view. The location is near the City Mall which is good but it is a little far from the Places of tourist interest (Museums, Waterfront, Public park, etc.) in Kuching which means you need to book a taxi ride to/from the citycentre so you need to factor this into your calculations.

It’s been a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room ambiance and decoration were superb. The bed and pillow with big screen tv. The water pressure was good, and complete toiletries were provided. The hotel’s location is close to the waterfront. The choice of breakfast spread was nice.

Stayed at a hotel just opposite the famous Cat Statue in Kuching, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is definitely the highlight – everything is within walking distance, and there’s even a sampan service right behind the hotel, which made it really convenient to explore the area. The room itself was okay. The aircond worked well – maybe a bit too well since it was freezing cold at times. The bed was on the harder side, not exactly my preference. The bathroom looked a bit dated, with a bathtub included, but honestly, I would’ve preferred a separate shower and tub. However, one thing that could be improved is the bathrobe – it was way too thin. Breakfast was okay, especially since they served local favorites like Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee. In short, great location, decent breakfast, but the room comfort could be better. Perfect for a short stay if you want easy access to tourist spots.
