Hotel con parcheggio a Baguio

Our stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.

We stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that there’s no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SM’s dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. She just gave a “wala na kaming magagawa” answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.

Il servizio di alloggio e trasporto è vicino alle attrazioni come il parco Burnham e il mercato notturno della città di Baguio si può camminare e si prenderà solo 10-15mins. 15-20 min di viaggio per taxi alla fattoria di fragole di La Trinidad con 130-150 peso solo. Pochi problemi che incontriamo sono la stanza ha AC ma non funziona. Il tempo è piuttosto freddo, ma quando si tratta di pomeriggio è umido. Il problema principale è il parcheggio. Le informiamo del check-out precoce, ma poiché il parcheggio è piccolo e pieno di persone. Abbiamo aspettato un'ora per l'altro ospite di arrivare e rimuovere la macchina in autostrada. E' frustrante perché il nostro viaggio è stato ritardato a causa di questo. In generale, l'esperienza è grande, ma consiglio di migliorare il coordinamento con l'ospite e il parcheggio per evitare ritardi di viaggio.

The room is superb, clean, smell good and big. The balcony with breathtaking view. The staff is so polite and best service given to each guest. The restaurant is super good (you must try the steak). È la terza volta che siamo stati in una buona posizione per questa visita, che ci ha dato un sonno molto tranquillo durante la notte. E come sempre, la pulizia e l'amicizia del personale sono presenti, per questo siamo tornati. Apprezzi che ci sia stato permesso di entrare un'ora prima. Grazie!

Sono stato già controllato, l'ufficio del Front Desk mi ha chiamato e mi ha informato che ho dimenticato di pagare per il servizio di sala da pranzo che abbiamo ordinato, che anche io supervisiono, ma il mio punto era che ho aspettato quanti minuti perché avevano già controllato il mio Quando mi ha chiamato, mi ha ordinato di depositare la prova tramite trasferimento bancario e di inviare la prova al loro e-mail, ma l'e-mail che ha inviato era sbagliato e mi ha continuato a battere e mi ha continuato a chiamare e a Seguire il bilancio, che per me non è più colpa mia, perché ha tutto il tempo di controllare la mia transazione e di tornare al mio deposito iniziale.

Questa è la nostra prima volta con Microtel da Wyndham Baguio. Ci siamo trasferiti per 3 giorni e 2 notti con la mia famiglia, abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza. La zona e la stanza sono pulite, il lobby puzza meraviglioso. Il colazione complementare era anche buono, il gusto, i servizi e la selezione erano accettabili. Il Wi-Fi è buono, ma a volte si sta tagliando in e fuori (ci siamo rimasti nel terreno inferiore). Ma una cosa che ha reso questo hotel magnifico è la gente. Il personale del desk front are professional, reliable, and courtyard. I custodi della casa vi salutano con un sorriso, anche le guardie di sicurezza sono ospiti. La posizione è stata anche un grande plus. Sicuramente saremo indietro. Mantenetelo in alto 😀

Kudos to all the staff, very helpful and accommodating. Just want to give feedback with regards to amenities especially the rooms itself though its clean I think it needs a little upgrade like the color of the bathroom tiles. But everything is good, the buffet breakfast is delicious, staffs were very kind, the interior of the Hotel Lobby is extravagant.

Nessun tessuto in camera Comfort la testa di doccia deve essere sostituita con una nuova, anche se funzionava naman, tuttavia era molto pulita. Bella vista delle luci della città sul balcone. Near city proper

Been checking in here regularly since November for business purposes. This is actually a good hotel specially for a quick fix for a back to back meeting or a long days work. Rooms are clean and necessary sanitary protocols are intact specially being a rooms division manager and working in the industry for almost 12 years i can personally attest that they are maintaining cleanliness on their rooms... Wifi is good though you need to re log in every 5 min of down time,,, though again its good when in use... overall this hotel is really qualified for a 3-4 star review... unfortunately they hired a someone that pulls them down... a rotten apple mixed with good ones... their front office agent named “LYN” made our stay here terrible specially when shes on duty.. (We are having a pleasant stay though when shes on day off or areadly off duty) Take note that we are staying on this property for 5 or more times per month. At first meeting, she even mentioned they dont accept card transaction, as mentioned i told her that im a rooms div manager and i can see a credit card terminal, even offered to teach her how to use it. And yes!!! Its confirmed that she really doesn’t know how to use one. Next is fro a simple request for a simple shampoo, borrowing of extra slippers, all this request are all being denied by this front office agent named LYN... Oh did i forget to mention that its hard to contact the front desk when shes on duty on graveyard? Again we are exactly on point shes sleeping on duty!!! I just dont get the point why does lyn always ask for my id when checking in well in fact all of her colleagues does not do this as im already on their records,,, maybe she also doesn’t know to use the system... lastly we ordered food outside as their resto is close... ever since it is being directly delivered by their staff after the food is being handed to the fo... I dont know if her stupidity struck again and just decided to ask me to go down and pick it up even lying that she only has the guard with him,, after mentioning to her that its always being delivered here on our room, then instantly one of the hk guys gave it with all respect.. To the general manager of this eurotel property, maam / sir, this agent will pull your property down. I really hope that necessary actions will be done. I also understand that maybe she is just hired recently and lack of training is not given due to the pandemic. But being a seasoned hotelier, this type of attitudes are usually untrainable already specially for someone working upfront.. I guess we already know what im suggesting. The guy front office supervisor is someone to commend though adding the new hk male attendant,,,actually all of the staff except Lyn...again a rotten apple on a set of good ones.. 😔
