The staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good.

Location is good..along the highway so it's not easy to take a ride..amenities and services was good,staffs were acommodating as well ..but the cleanliness is not that so good.but still I can say still good..

Super old and smell is something else. CR the place, i did not want to complain because i just got it for only around 1,800. The worst part was a lot of insects, which looked like small cockroaches, were in the sheets.
Traffic was too loud that its impossible to sleep.
No parking too. We were wet from the rain from walking to where we parked.
The only good thing was that some of the staff were considerate.
Oh the water tasted like fish.

SUPER ACCOMMODATING. REALLY ENJOY HERE. WE THOUGHT ITS TOO HOT DUE TO NO AIRCON IN THE ROOM BUT WE’RE TOTALLY WRONG.

Had a stay here for 2 nights with complementary breakfast and I could say that they serve tasty breakfast and the staff are friendly and accomodating.
I arrived in Baguio very early but since I could check in later in the afternoon so I tried asking the receptionist if I can check-in early. The hotel became full house the night prior to my arrival so early check in was not amenable, however, they offered that I could leave my belongings so that it wont be a toil on me while I roam downtown while waiting for my check-in time.
Toiletries and towels are provided except for bedrooom slippers, which I see as a very slight problem.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay!👌🏻

wifi is ok. breakfast is sososo. location is ok. but i requested for MAKE UP MY ROOM, no one came.
drinking water is available every floor.

The new building is ok. The old one is without aircon. Old and full of dust. Poorly maintained building. We upgraded to the new building with a fee. No choice since it is impossible for us to stay in the old building where it is literally old, toilets and everything Breakfast is so so no options at all. You cannot request hair blower and iron. They do not have that. If they have it, it comes with an exorbitant fees.

I thought I had booked the newer hotel, but when I got there, there were two hotels, the Hotel Supreme, old and new (not so new). We got there around 10 pm and felt hungry. There's no open store or restaurant nearby, but luckily, there's available grab food delivery. The Hotel looks old and dark, but the area is clean. The room is suitable for two people, but the lighting is dark. It's clean, and the price is right. I requested an additional bed since another person would stay for one night; I paid 500 pesos. There is a complimentary breakfast for two, and you must pay 200 for an extra person. My other friend stayed only for one night, which I mentioned to the helpdesk. When I called the helpdesk, I requested to pull out of the bed and told her that my friend would not stay anymore and was unsure if they would charge us (another 500 for an extra bed) for another night if they did not pull it out. The helpdesk told me that we would need to pay since the checkout was only at noon. They should have informed us if this is the protocol for additional beds. What if the bed will stay in our room for four days? I will be charged 2000 pesos since the extra bed has yet to be pulled out. Anyway, it was a good stay. The service crews are approachable, and they clean the room every day.
