Hotels con internet a Baeza

Despite being rated #1 manage your expectations. Location is very central and walking distance to restaurants and sites is good. If you arrive by car, streets are narrow and you may or may not be able to get all the way in to offload or load luggage easily. Unless you ask in advance, your driver may not know there is a back way to get to hotel and unload luggage. Do not expect porter service either. Service is below average at check-in and helpfulness. In the 6 months I’ve visited 7 cities in Spain, this was the first hotel I encountered nonchalant, unhelpful reception. No welcome, no help with luggage, we had to wait until they turned their attention to us to get proper check in process. While the hotel and grounds are charming, from the moment we stepped in to check in, the charm was lost from the front line reception team who, beyond checking our reservation and details, didn’t put any effort to offer any further basic information. The only two staff members that smiled to greet guests seemed to be the maintenance man and the lady who was in charge of breakfast and was happy to assist. Rooms are clean, and simple. However, our safe did not work, and some other items seemed to need repair or refresh. Breakfast buffet very average. So for what it is advertised as, a top hotel in Baeza versus reality, it’s better to manage and lower your expectations. Many budget or modest hotels have better service. We stayed one night and that was more than enough.

Very nice place. The building is beautiful, ideally located. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous, the staff was friendly. We decided to treat ourselves with an extra night. The only down side: the parking has a really narrow and difficult access, we were not comfortable to use it and went to the public garage at walking distance.

This hotel is nice. The price was fair and the room was large. We thought the beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The breakfast was decent and at a fair price of €12. Parking is a pain. I cannot imagine anyone over 60 having to deal with finding the city parking lot then walking through the historic town back to the hotel. They need a valet. Besides the parking difficulties, there is no food on site except breakfast. In the morning we needed to iron our clothes from the suitcase but were told the hotel does not have irons nor ironing boards. The staff was not unfriendly, but was not warm and welcoming either. Lastly, a bottle of water in the room is a must. Anyway, it is a good spot but we would try another hotel on our next visit.

Realice una reserva del 28 de abril al 1 de mayo. Por problemas personales tuve que anular y lo hice el día 26 de abril a las 10,28 horas de la mañana , en su web me puso reserva cancelada , yo lo dí que todo estaba correcto.Ellos en ningún momento me mandaron ningún correo electrónico comunicando la anulación de la reserva como si hacen la mayoría de hoteles serios y profesionales. En mayo revisando la tarjeta del banco , veo que está el cargo del hotel de la estancia completa. Me puse en contacto con el hotel y al principio no sabían darme una contestación coherente.Como yo hice fotos cuando hice la cancelación , las mandé y poco después me contestan que a ellos les había llegado el día 26 a las 23,20 , que podía haber sido por una caída de internet . Hablamos varias veces con la directora , para una posible solución ,ya que teníamos pensado viajar a Baeza más adelante , y me dijo que era imposible Lo gracioso del tema es que el cargo por parte del hotel a mi tarjeta fue el mismo día 26 a las 10,40 de la mañana , como es posible.... , si según el hotel no habían recibido el correo y el cargo tenía que haber sido el día de llegada. Volví hablar con la directora , que para el cargo que tiene poca empatía y mucha soberbia , ya que le dije que habían mentido , tuvo un trato pésimo. ES UN HOTEL QUE SOLO QUIERE FACTURAR Y MAL EDUCADOS

Fuimos a finales de Julio y el precio era inmejorable, nada q reprochar por lo que pagamos (42 euros noche), cómodo, céntrico el aire funcionaba correctamente, algo imprescindible por Baeza en plena ola de calor, el chekin con códigos muy fácil, todo bastante nuevo y bien decorado, el magnetófono para grabar psicofonías de la salita de estar no tiene precio, por poner un pero es que no tenia persianas y entra luz por las mañanas, pero ya digo, muy recomendable al estilo general de los hostales de Baeza que son muy agradables en un pueblo chulísimo,

Estuvimos de paso mi hermana y yo en Baeza. El pueblo es una maravilla y el hotel es muy bonito. Las habitaciones son comodísimas y muy amplias. A nosotras nos tocó una con ventana a un patio central que tienen muy bonito. El desayuno es muy completo y merece la pena, ya que lo haces en el patio central. Por cierto, he de destacar que la chica que estaba en recepción ese día es muy agradable y nos ayudó en todo.
