New hotel, nicely designed and quite good breakfast. Hotel parking only in garage for €15 or for free until next morning 9am in the street before the pedestrian zone. Asked for a quiet room, got room facing bus parking and smokers area?

房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服。攜程預訂沒有家庭房的選項，直接定了大床房，到店後酒店前台看到帶小孩，主動給了個有1.6米大床和雙層小童床的房間，而且前台那個女孩子還會講一點中文，還挺驚喜的。整個酒店遇到的工作人員都很禮貌周到。所以第二天又續住了。不知道為什麼攜程上房型不全，booking比較全，但價格比攜程貴一點點。

Hotel bem localizado, próximo de lojas, restaurantes em local silencioso. Muito bom café da manhã com diversos itens quentes e frios, frutas e cereais.

很乾凈，在一個小鎮上，小鎮非常漂亮，購物方便，停車方便，週末停車不收費。酒店下面就酒吧,晚上可以下去喝杯，nice!

Herrlich zentrale Lage direkt an der Fussgängerzone in Bad Reichenhall! Modernes, sehr gut geführtes Hotel! Wir hatte ein Zimmer zum Kurpark! Top! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell! Frühstück sehr ansprechend! Einzig der Tagespreis von Euro 18,- für die Tiefgarage trübt den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

櫃檯服務人員態度惡劣，詢問問題回答不耐煩，網友分享停車15元/天，但我們住兩天她收我們48元。飯店有提供桑拿等是後來我們看飯店網站才發現，去櫃檯再次詢問她才告訴我們在5樓。等我們上樓了解還是其他房客告訴我們要去櫃檯領取浴袍。總之我們是外國人應該更清楚的告知飯店設施等。早餐不優，餐廳是開放式所以前往房間的走道都可以聞到油煙味。

Posizione: in pieno centro, comodissima per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse. A pochi passi dai giardini termali, dai negozi, dai ristoranti. Camera comfort: letti molto comodi. Sufficiente spazio per sistemare i bagagli e gli oggetti. Bagno grande, con lavandino in ceramica, ampia doccia e cambio quotidiano biancheria. Balcone con vista su zona pedonale e montagne, con sedie e tavolino. Pulizia: molto molto pulito, sia in camera che nelle parti comuni. Corner bevande calde a acqua gratuito tutto il giorno. Caffè, cappuccino cioccolato e altro. Colazione: sempre tutto rinnovato di continuo e abbondante. Molta scelta. Si potrebbe aggiungere qualche torta per la parte dolce della colazione. L'albergo è molto recente, ben curato e pulito e ben arredato. Offre anche un bel pub con ottima birra e cucina a vista. Personale: tutti bravissimi e gentilissimi. Parcheggio: sotto l'hotel. Nuovo, molto ampio e piazzole adatte anche alle auto grandi. 15 euro al giorno. I parcheggi pubblici esterni sono meno comodi e più costosi. Abbiamo avuto le guest card con diverse agevolazioni, in particolare la gratuità dei trasporti in tutta la zona, bus e treni. Gratuiti anche i collegamenti con Salisburgo, anche se in Austria. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Prenotata con 6 mesi di anticipo una doppia confort con colazione, ottenendo così un prezzo abbastanza buono, di circa 130 euro al giorno.

Usiamo spesso Ibis Styles, Hotels spesso usurati e con diverse pecche. Questa volta abbiamo trovato un hotel nuovo, appena costruito da zero e inaugurato da 6 mesi. Posizionato al centro della graziosa località termale, a due passi dalla zona pedonale. Si lascia la macchina nel comodo garage sotterraneo a pagamento e ci si gode il relax di una struttura luminosa, pulita, con grandi camere confortevoli e prezzi ragionevoli. Personale cordiale, bar e ristorante annesso e colazione non inclusa. Ammessi cani e c'è anche una gradita sorpresa per il vostro amico 4 zampe. Di sicuro torneremo in questa bellissima zona turistica

The room was better than average, considering it is Ibis. The washroom had all basic toiletries. The breakfast spread was good the staff is very hospitable. All the rooms had a chocolate placed outside our rooms on the Christmas Eve. The hotel has a parking area too at a decent rate. The location is accessible from anywhere.

I have stayed in this hotel in March and May and was satisfied, which is why I stayed here for one night during a business trip. I arrived on the evening of 22 August. I was greeted by a blonde-haired receptionist. She was polite but not nice. It was obvious that she did not like guests. As a Gold member she would have had a welcome drink, water in the room and an upstairs room. None of which I got. I slept on the ground floor opposite the lift. I found out the next day that I could still sleep in the area and booked for 2 nights from August 23-25. When I saw the blonde reception lady again, I wasn't expecting much because of the gold member status, but she directed me to her colleague with a bored look on her face to greet me, while she had no one at her place either. Her colleague was nice, I was given my welcome drink, water was prepared in the room and I was given a room of status.
