The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. As for breakfast it exceeded my expectation😊😊

Pros: The location is great. Staff were accommodating. Room and sheets are clean. Cons: Hair blower is not available in the room but can be requested. Telephone is useless, no dial tone. No bottled water is given but a water station is available in the hallway but no pitcher per room, only an electric kettle.

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

Not really the hotel I was hoping for when I booked it but it was value for my money. It was cheap and located near a coffee shop. Also, it's near Lacson so it's accessible.

La stanza è pulita. La maggior parte della stanza è di marmo. È un vecchio design ma classico. Mi piace il posto perché è vicino al centro commerciale e il paese di Manukan, che è noto per il pollo di Bacolod’s Inasal. Il personale è molto accogliente!

I do love this hotel, they're friendly and very accommodating even if you arrive late at night they are still cheerful and full of energy to serve.their guest. The rate is very affordable and easy to locate, I also love their cookies and shake, soon yummy.

La camera era spaziosa, la colazione era diffusa, il personale era gentile e cortese, la piscina al tetto era grande per nuotare, ma potevano prolungare il tempo. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e il massaggio era qualcosa da tornare!

L'hotel è a posto, il personale è a posto, solo che abbiamo dovuto chiedere carta da bagno perché non c'era nessuno nel bagno. Hanno anche annunciato il buffet, che avevano offerto, ma purtroppo ci sorprendeva che fosse pagato, ma ci costava il loro prezzo precedente. ☹️
