This is the second time me and my kid booked this hotel. I'm from Negros Occ and I've heard good things about this hotel. This may seem like a classic hotel look inside, but the staff is doing great. Cant complain on both our stays here.

The New Deluxe room was big with nice beds and nice bathroom with adequate water flow. The room aircon was a bit noisy. The lobby staffs were friendly and very accommodating. The ground floor restaurant staffs were service-oriented. The room rate was a bit pricey and there was no big lounge area in the lobby.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. Friendly and respectful staff.

Ok nmn yung room kaso ang amoy ng kwarto amoy panis na tinapay saka 4 guest kami pero yung gamit is good for two lang

All was good clean & great service

Hotel was clean and well located. Staff were excellent and very polite and friendly.  Breakfast was ok but we went down quite late 9:30 and there wasn’t a lot of choice left. The egg counter was good with the omelette and fried eggs

Went to stay overnight and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant… the breakfast was worth as well

I don't know if the hotel department has been refunded

Not so happy with the accommodations.

The room is old and the bed sheet is a bit wet also the floor carpet inside the room is a bit moist and too dirty and looks dark because it seems not washed for a long time

The room was spacious, the breakfast spread had enough choices, the staff were all polite and courteous, the rooftop pool was great for swimming but they could have extended the timing. We loved that they have a spa and that guests get discounted rate. We had a great time and the massage was something to come back for!
