La struttura è vecchia e probabilmente quando era nuova poteva avere 4 stelle, attualmente A MIO PARERE è 2 e mezzo... ho cambiato 2 camere ed entrambe vecchie e con mobili rotti e pieni di polvere, addirittura la prima aveva il wc scollato dal pavimento e il letto con un piedino che cedeva ( io peso 80kg ) ...a pranzo cena e colazione la stessa identica frutta, melone anguria e uva, alla mia richiesta di avere banane o kiwi mi è stato risposto che costano troppo fuori stagione....

Stayed at Cyprotel Florida for two days, had a great time there. The hotel is fully renovated, our room was spacious and spotless, the hotel staff very friendly. Their breakfast was very good, and the pool area very relaxing. Definitely going back.

Just opened after a huge renovations. This hotel grabbed us with enormous, sunny rooms, very well designed and decorated. The mattress is very comfortable and we got the best night rest. Room has anything you may need- huge fridge with freezer, stove, even dishwasher. Book a sea view room as the view is simply breathtaking. Spacious clean pool area with nice pool bar offering snacks and drinks on very..very reasobable prices. Don't miss the a la carte restaurant as the food is so delicious... Real 5* Well cooked and excellent presented. Enjoy a late evening coctail at the main bar or terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Just a small tip- try the strawberry daiquiry... Good service and very friendly staff. The beach is just across the road - shalow, sandy and very clean. Highly recommended hotel.

This hotel is a hopeless case of con!!! The hotel is open to guests, but it is a refugee hotel I have nothing against escapes, but the hotel's standard has dropped so much that it shouldn't be open. Breakfast was only cheese and ham. No bars were open as they advertised online, nor any restaurants, they were used as a school for the escapees. Absolutely tragic management who did not understand our request, we moved out without getting any compensation for what we had paid for. People like that shouldn't be running hotels, all they're thinking about here is milking poor refugees. DONT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel and Booking present the hotel as 4* when in fact all the rooms were unclean, very damaged from the wear and tear of time, unmaintained and lacking in amenities. The pool was very unclean with dirt and grime on the bottom, the room with broken walls, ants on the parquet floor (from sticker peeling off from wear and tear), the seating in the lobby was broken up and without leather that was peeling off from time. Very poor breakfast. Reservation price exorbitant compared to what it really is and what it provides. It is misinformation the 4 stars. I am attaching the actual photos of today. A refund was requested and Booking only gave the amount of 25€ for this deception. They should definitely correct the 4* from the description until the hotel actually owns them.

Floors were filthy. Impolite staff. The wifi was so bad it could not even load up a small pics or video ( you do not get what you paid for). I have chosen “all inclusive”, but NOTHING was “all inclusive”. I’ve been told that I should pay for bottled water, when I asked why? the waitress asked me from which country I came from. Excuse me? Really? P.S. Thanks Ina, Kira and the girl with black hair in the reception. They were always ready to help us.

It states that it’s a 4* hotel but it is most definitely a 2* hotel. Firstly, it looks completely different than in the pictures, it’s extremely outdated and old. the showers are shocking. There was rust on the shower heads, holes/cracks in the walls, calcified water stains and the water pressure is horrible!!! The soap/shampoo we received was in an open plastic bottle available to everyone who stayed in the room before us , so anything could have been put inside. The shower curtains looked stained and old too. Worst of all we didn’t get any hot water & had to shower under very cold water. The rooms are very dirty too. As we entered we could see hair strands on the floor, dust everywhere and weird stains on the walls. There is also little to no wifi in the rooms/around the hotel. the AC is very dirty and loud , we woke up with sore throats & feeling very ill due to all the dust and debris collected in there. We tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but they didn’t let us. The staff were completely unhelpful and most were rude with exception to one receptionist who tried her best to help us. Another receptionist, who we first spoke to about all the negatives, didn’t even note down our complaints or try to do anything about it. She told us she was too busy to deal with this now. The only positive was the sea view from the balcony.

Definitely a 3 star and not a 4 , pictures don’t look any thing like the real thing , very dated and needs a good freshen up . Snack bar is very not good , breakfast cold and not good . Really enjoyed the dinners but need improvement as pictures are very deceiving, staff are lovely and couldn’t be any more helpful. No kettle in room or entertainment at all

Lovely experience, reception were very helpful and friendly, beautiful sea views, comfortable beds , close to the beautiful beach , they really look after the hotel , nice breakfast, go here , you won’t be disappointed
