Excellent for kids .friendly services

Vale assolutamente la categoria. Servizio eccellente con anche attenzione all'aspetto eco ed agli sprechi, i vari ristoranti sono validi ognuno a modo loro. gli oltre 6000 mq di piscine offrono una varietà di soluzioni. Camere ottime ( la nostra era una junior suite), spaziose, ben arredate, con bagno spazioso e dotato di ogni confort. Ottima anche la posizione, a pochi passi dalla Nissi Bay, una delle più belle di tutta l'isola.

Hotel bello, piscine molto grandi con varie profondità dell'acqua, adatto ai bambini. Pochi lettini, quindi la mattina si doveva andare molto presto per trovare posto (alle 8 erano già tutti occupati). Bagni vicino alla piscina non molto puliti, meglio andare in camera. Ristorante con cibo buono, spazio per cibo senza glutine ma con poca scelta. Ogni volta dovevamo chiedere a qualcuno cibo non contaminato (contaminato per colpa degli ospiti e non del ristorante). Kids club di 2 ore ogni giorno in inglese. Vicino a una spiggia con mare bello. Camera con vista e uscita direttamente in piscina.

We’ve just returned from a 2-week stay at the Atlantica Aeneas and left with quite mixed feelings. First, the positives — the location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff were absolutely superb. A special mention to Abdul at the pool bar, who was brilliant with us every day, and to Nikos and Osama in the main hotel — their service was outstanding and they really couldn’t do enough to help. The room itself was a great size, with two bathrooms (one including a jacuzzi), which was a nice touch. However, we had constant issues with getting hot water in our room. Despite reporting it several times to reception, it was never properly resolved, which was disappointing considering we paid £5,000 for the stay. The food in the main restaurant was generally tasty but often only lukewarm, which took away from the experience a bit. On the other hand, the à la carte grill restaurant was excellent — great food and service there. The pool area is lovely and spacious, but the layout is quite odd, and it would really benefit from having a couple more bridges to make it easier to get around. Overall, while there were some really enjoyable aspects — particularly the amazing staff — the ongoing maintenance issues and inconsistent food quality mean I’m not sure I’d return. If I did, it would be for the people, not necessarily the hotel itself

We really enjoyed our stay here! Think it’s a perfect hotel for children (ours are 5 and 3). Pros - we booked a family room with sliding doors but got upgraded to a suite which was great. - the buffet is amazing, selection of food is great. The kids buffet is also brilliant. - the park and the bar next to the park is perfect for the evening. - the kids club is brilliant - run by really enthusiastic staff. Our kids loved the pirate party. - proximity to Nissi beach was amazing, sea is beautiful at this time of year - enjoyed yoga, floating yoga - we loved the range of pools but it is cold at this time of year (October) Cons - loved the splash park but it was just a little bit cold - wonder if there is a way to heat it up? - we were with another family and found it tricky to find a table to 10, we were asked to sit separately for breakfast one day which we didn’t went to do. There is ample seating and designated tables for ten - we had just been told they weren’t being used - overall, the resort is clean but some of the toilets could be cleaner / need freshening up

Amazingly clean hotel. Food is amazing so much choice. Taverna restaurant lovely. Plenty of areas to sunbathe. Across the road from Nissi beach. Jump on the bus for a couple of euros to the next town Potaras. About a 30 minute walk to the ***** or a bus ride. Spa also very good and worth a visit

We are now elderly and have traveled extensively throughout the world. This Hotel was chosen by our Granddaughter as a family base for her beach wedding. As our party consisted of 3 young children & 5 teenagers the choice of hotel was ideal. If you don’t want to spend your holiday with a lot of under 5’s it won’t be for you There are numerous shallow pools, a lot of swim up rooms, snack bars & bars around the complex. My husband and I felt that this was one of the best managed hotels we have stayed in, all staff knew their roles and carried them out efficiently. Every where was kept spotlessly clean. High chairs of which there were many were cleaned thoroughly between used and the tray area covered in cling film. The food choices were varied and plentiful, with a special children’s section of the buffet, freshly squeezed oranges at breakfast were wonderful. Entertainment every night and lots for the children. Our room was a ‘swim up’ with a large double mattress sun bed on our terrace plus a table & two chairs. Sheets & bedding were spotless and changed frequently. Location was excellent with the beautiful sandy Nissi beach and all its water sports just a short walk away

Just back from the seabreeze Once again it was great Weather perfect 27 degrees each day. Rooms clean and tidy fresh beach towels every 2nd day Pool fresh and cooling as we enter winter.

Totally honest review please read. Firstly this hotel definitely isn’t 5 star, we’ve been a lot nicer 4 stars. Some good points: Hotel is outstandingly clean Staff are extremely friendly Good location (if you like the beach) Plenty of sun beds available Pools are massive and brilliant kids area Some bad points which unfortunately outweigh the good points Not fully all inclusive a lot of extra charges even re stocking of the room fridge €20 for 5 cans of pop and a Kit Kat and only a small amount of drinks on the all inclusive menu Entertainment at night was embarrassing so poorly run and not at all entertaining Hotel is very dated Waiter service wasn’t brilliant you get your first drink then you’re waiting 30-45 mins for someone to come round to ask if you want another drink and then get moaned at when you go to the bar yourself Both a la carte restaurant were probably the worst we’ve been at a hotel Overall had a good holiday however disappointed and definitely wouldn’t come back

Amazing experience as was last year! The staff and entertainment make this hotel the experience that it is. Everyone is so friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. The facilities are all clean and well purposed! Special call out for Spyros the restaurant manager and all his staff they truly make you feel so welcomed, looked after and give the best service!

My partner and I had a fantastic time at the hotel. We arrived around 1am and were checked in quickly and taken to our room. Staff are great and special thanks to Elena and Simon for arranging our airport transfers and a wonderful swim up room. The hotel was spotless, grounds and pool clean at all times, the food was excellent and there is a great drinks selection. We liked that the hotel had adults only areas and ate in this section of the restaurant for most meals. We also enjoyed visits to the Green & Grill and the Taverna restaurants. The hotel is in a great location just over the road from Nissi Beach, we walked into Ayia Napa a few times which takes around 45 minutes along the road or slightly longer to follow the beach path up to the harbour. This was our third visit to the hotel and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Hotel was amazing and spa was outstanding My husband and I had a couples massage with Daizy and Nermin it was the best massage we have ever had My husband has Parkinson’s and came out feeling like a new man

My husband & I got married here the 19th September. All 44 of our guests flew out also and we had the best experience. The staff in the hotel was very helpful, nothing was too much and they went above and beyond. Very clean friendly and top tier service. I mostly wanted to thank daniella and louise ( wedding rep and guest relations) these two went above and beyond for my family and friends. Wedding was everything we hoped for and more, even to the point of me being so anxious and nervous, louise made sure I was okay and calm and came to my need. Daniela also done her job very professionally and elegantly. Not one person on the day was unhappy, it was the best day of my life and its because of these two, my husband family and friends. Again thank you so much for everything ❤️
