hotel has the perfect location few minutes from everything you need. breakfast could be improved imo

Hotel pulito e ben tenuto ottima posizione, vicina sia per la vita notturna che per il mare. Questo hotel merita una valutazione alta solo per Antonio che ti accoglie ogni giorno a colazione o a cena con un sorriso ed una gentilezza unica. Persone come lui sono rare e vanno valorizzate.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Seasons Hotel per una settimana e la prima cosa che ci ha subito colpiti è stata la posizione centralissima della struttura, praticamente sulla strada principale di Ayia Napa ove sono situati i bar e i negozi più di tendenza del posto. Inoltre lo staff è stato gentilissimo e preparato ad ogni richiesta, menzione d'onore al signor Antonio, il quale ci ha trattato con estrema disponibilità, gentilezza e simpatia dal primo all'ultimo momento. Il buffet sempre ben fornito e variegato sia a colazione sia a cena (in quanto abbiamo adottato la formula della mezza pensione) con pietanze buonissime. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa e tenuta sempre in ottimo stato igienico; unica pecca l'assenza di un materasso matrimoniale.. vi erano bensì due letti singoli con lenzuola e coperte singole ma uniti l'uno con l'altro. Nel complesso siamo stati benissimo e la nostra vacanza è stata indimenticabile.

Buon Hotel per chi ama stare al centro dell'animata AYA NAPA che ad ottobre è anche gradevole seppur piena di gente. L'hotel per chi va in auto ( necessaria secondo me per vistare tutte spiagge e posti nei dintorni) , ha un parcheggio gratuito , ottime stanze con accurata pulizia e sopratutto una ottima colazione ( se sei inglese o nordico) ma poco attenta ai gusti italiani oppure mediterranei quindi un pò carente di dolci. Consiglio a tutti la cena in albergo perchè di ottima qualità a buffet ed il cuoco che è presente al buffet ( non ricordo il nome mqa robusto e con barba incolta) vi vine incontro su tutto per esigenze di cibo come vegetariani e comunque al buffet c'è di tutto e sopratutto ristorante pulitissimo. Non dò 5 stelle perchè ho chiesto una camera silenziosa e mi hanno dato una camera sulla piscina su cui a fianco c'era un karaoke fino all'1/2 di notte...semplicemente bastava darmela sulla strada o sul parcheggio. Pulizie della stanza perfette. Mi sento vivamanete di consigliarlo per il rapporto qualità/prezzo e per chi ama stare al centro della vita di AYA NAPA. per la tranquillità consiglio altrove magari nella stessa catena per avere stessi standard di servizi.

Bello centrale moderno Camere pulite in ambiente moderno Abbiamo preso la mezza pensione. Cibo buono.ma non all'altezza di un 4*. Cuoco bravo e simpatico. Petra alla reception un plus, invece la presenza di inglesi ventenni in questo periodo, provoca disturbo alla mente non solo dei genitori, ma anche dei vicini di camera. Bar spettacolare sulla via principale di grande effetto. La vicinanza al centro è un top. Grazie al manager che ha capito il mio personale disagio, e lo ha risolto nella maniera migliore

The hotel is beautiful and so are the employees. Everyone is beyond helpful and friendly. The Seasons Bar is a dream so we went there every single night for cocktails, which are also amazing. We even got a voucher from the hotel to use it in the bar, as they clearly noticed how much we love that place. As a picky eater I can say the food was fine, there was always something there for everybody. The one and only thing that bothered us was the bathroom. Door opens weirdly, blocking the toilet. It‘s not in the best condition either, could smell a little weird. The hotel has the perfect location. You have tons of restaurant, bars, gift shops and kiosks on the street in front of the hotel. We had zero problems with the volume of the bars or the fair (luna park) in front of the hotel, so don‘t worry about such reviews too much. Sidenote: Limanaki beach is the nearest, directly at the harbour. We loved it way more than all the super famous social media beaches, that are beyond crowded. Davinci Napiana & Bella Italy are great restaurants. You can reach everything within 10 minutes walking.

The staff are such gems! Maria who checked me in at the front desk, Petra and Nectaria who had such great information about the place and practical tips on making the most of my stay. They were so friendly and although I was travelling alone, I never felt it. Antonis the maitre seemed to always be there. He does a great job of looking after the restaurant patrons and remembered my menu preferences and enquired after my meals each time I came to the restaurant. The amenities are fantastic - the pool is clean and the seating areas comfortable. The view from my upper storey pool facing room was gorgeous and I saw some beautiful sunrises from the comfort of my bed.

I would like express to my gratitude to all hotel stuff, as you make the atmosphere of this hotel wonderful - very kind, responsive, attentive, this is what real hospitality means to me. Location was perfect in heart of city center with all cafes, bars and clubs nearby ✨ Just be aware if you want quiet place, sounds from attraction park and all around can be not so comfortable for you, but for me it was ok. Room is clean, well equipped, air conditioning works properly, there is everything excellent toothbrush and toothpaste. Receptionists are kind, welcoming and ready to assist you - especially Petra and Nectarin for your kind assistance - thank you so much ❤️ Also I would mention restaurant stuff, all of them were super attentive, kind and you feel hospitality of Cyprus - special thanks to Antonio for his professional and dedicated work and all girls and cooks working there, my appreciation and respect to all of you guys.

Amazing hotel! Clean room and it is being cleaned daily, with a set of new towels and refill of everything needed. Comfortable bed and I must thank the staff for meeting my request to get a double bed because I'm pregnant and I need a comfortable place to rest. Safe box is available free of charge, a keetler and tea/coffee, great Wi-fi and awesome air-condition. Also, the receptionists were there for us with kind advices if we needed anything. The location is the best in the area, right in the heart of the Ayia Napa and Nissi Avenue, very close to the bus stations and the beach. There is no noise from the street if you close the window which is always the option because you will need an air-condition the most of the time. The breakfast and the dinner are delicious and various and the staff in the restaurant is extremely nice and fast, they make sure there is enough food all the time and to clean the tables. Restaurant manager Antonio was the best! The pool is very nice for relax and some slow swimming, there are comfy beds and sunbeds with umbrellas free of charge. All in all, we had a great time in this hotel and it helped us have enjoyable vacation.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection of both warm and cold food. The pool area wasn’t enormous but enough sunbeds were available and towels were also provided.

Lovely hotel very clean and staff were pleasant one bartender seemed to have a problem with us having our own bottles of water round the pool and said we had to buy from the pool bar. We stayed for a week wasn’t competitive for sun-beds to start off with could get down at 10 and there still be double beds left but the last couple of days we’d be going down at 8 at there was next to none, the whole pool also doesn’t get sun all day which was nice when wanting a bit of shade towards the end of the day but also made the end that got sun later on very busy and cramped. Overall a lovely hotel and would definitely come back.

Hotel is excellent, food ist great, people are super nice. I was 10 days and everything was great! Every day new meals for breakfast and dinner. Cleaning rooms are everyday. People are super nice, you can feel like home. I will recommend this hotel for everyone who want best for his money.

The hotel was really beautiful. The staff was also really frendly and lovely. We also got our hotel room in 10mins even tho we were there before the check-in time. The pool area could be bigger, but it was still really beautiful. The breakfast was great also! And the location is perfect.

Very beautiful hotel, staff is very kind, rooms are spacious, clean and you have every thing you need. perfect view from terrace on sunset and partially sea. Food is perfect, you literally have everything! Position of hotel is good, close to beach (10min walk) close to center (7min walk).
