Aqi Pegasos Club

My first stay in an all-inclusive hotel, and it was an amazing experience! There were plenty of advantages: a) The daytime entertainment program was fabulous. Every day, there were fitness activities (stretching, yoga, cardio) and swimming pool fitness. In addition, there were activities for adults like water polo and various contests! b) The evening entertainment program – Each evening, you could choose from one of three shows to watch. This is a benefit of the complex of three hotels. Every hotel has its own amphitheater, and you can visit any of them, including those with swimming pools! c) The hotel offers plenty of seating in the evenings, both near the indoor and outdoor bars. d) Free games such as archery, boccia, and more. e) A wide variety of food. f) An à la carte restaurant, free to visit once per stay, offering Turkish, Italian, or Asian cuisine. g) The seaside – a 1 km private beach with a pier, and sand underfoot. Three disadvantages: a) People with allergies – The plus is that all dishes are labeled, but there have been cases where allergens were improperly indicated. I’m celiac and more aware of gluten-free restrictions than the cooks. Almost all meat was prepared with gluten, including all sauces. There were no gluten-free soups available. There is a gluten-free stand, but it only offers seeds, bread, and pudding. Gluten-free cakes were available upon request, but they didn’t have cheesecake during my whole stay, so my only dessert options were tiramisu, pudding, or nothing. You can ask for gluten-free pizza (only with tomato) or pasta. For breakfast, gluten-free pancakes were available, but I noticed they used the same pan as for wheat pancakes... . It's a pity that even fries couldntt be gluten-free (they fried them in the same place as breaded snacks (in spite of availabity of two different "pots" - one could be for fries, one for breaed snacks..). All in all, this hotel is better than one where there are no gluten-free options. As I understand the gluten-free products and awaraness is limited in Turkey. I hope it will be better and I could came back in a few years. b) Road to the town – 2,5 km from the town, good for a walk, but you have to walk on the pavement by the loud road... pollution and noise. c) Rooms could use renovation, but everything was cleaned daily :)

This is our second visit to this hotel and the reason is the location and of course the fabulous staff. We arrived early morning and the reception staff were expecting us and within 10 minutes we were settled in the rooms. We travelled as a family of 6 and needed 2 family rooms. The rooms were always clean and tidy. There is plenty to do in the hotel as it is spread across the three hotels. The sea is amazing, very clear and the beach kept clean. Great selection of food in the morning, lunch and night with speciality theme nights. We didn’t try the a la carte with the girls all being fussy eaters. The entertainment is varied and again in the three hotels each night. Visit the shops in the hotel they are always happy to chat, the man in the shop next to the lobby bar is a lovely guy and very interesting to chat with. The kids got all their presents and AirPods and charge leads from him. Special mention to Ata in the main restaurant always on hand and nothing was too much trouble. My old friend Adnan in the Buddha bar, always one more drink, visit around sunset for some amazing photos and a few drinks. And Gökhan from the Spa, great to talk too and helped when our youngest was unwell. We visited Isas across the road to watch the football and back for a full English breakfast, don’t be put off when you get there it is a small cafe but the guys in there are so friendly and welcoming. We visited Avsallar and Side both worth a visit with plenty of shops and cafes. We will be back again to this fabulous hotel. One tip if there is something you are not happy with at the hotel speak to reception and they will resolve it best they can and take the Wi-Fi if you do not have a data plan it works across the three hotels and is good enough to stream movies.

Had a great week at Pegasos Royal with my friends. Room with a beautiful sea view. Amazing performances during evening. Great food and great service. Every member of staff was kind. I would like to mention Ata Karatas at the restaurant. He was friendly and always helpful. We will come again and are happy to recommend.

Fabulous place thoroughly enjoyed our hole stay there plenty for the kids Staff are amazing and friendly a special mention to two people who made the whole experience so much better Tarik Erbek and Ekin Would definitely go back well recommended

Where do I start amazing from start to finish. Checking in very easy and very welcoming, ibramhim on the desk in the nights is amazing will go above and beyond for you, any requests they will try to fulfil. The rooms are lovely most comfortable mattress I've slept on in any hotel. The sea view is definitely worth the upgrade. Tarik, Ahmet, Ata and Erik at the restaurant are just incredible. Tariks attention to detail is amazing will always remember your drink order. Always greeted with an amazing smile from Ahmet and great service received from him. The entertainment team are second to none always something going on very friendly bunch. Adnan at the Buddha bar is incredible he is non stop always remembers your drink order. Been to the hotel 6 times now and cannot wait to return for my 7th visit hopefully later on this year. Incredible hotel, amazing staff it is like my second home. It sure feels like it. Will not go to any other hotel now in Turkey I don't think.

Well what can apart from amazing this is the 3rd time visiting this place and will be going back again the food caters for everyone and has a wide selection the rooms was alwais nice and clean the cleaning staff was friendly and at meal times the staff was amazing especially mahmut güzel he went above and beyond expectations was friendly and kind he made sure we always had our correct drinks and was very quik with the service he provided . All the staff in the hotel are really friendly made some real good friends will miss them carnt wait to go back and see them again soon
