Hotel con piscina a Austintown

Oggi il manager era assolutamente insensato e brutto. Non sta cercando di lavorare con me, non mi darà nemmeno una chiave. Voglio tornare nella mia stanza se dovessi andarmene per ottenere i soldi.

Non sono mai entrato nella mia stanza, non ho mai ricevuto un rimborso.

Questa volta ho chiesto alla signora di controllare cosa è successo ai prezzi del gas in Ohio (che si sono scalzati dal dicembre), e mi ha consigliato di essere colpa di Trump. Quando si chiede come, dal momento che è stato fuori servizio per quasi tre anni, non c'è stata alcuna risposta. Mantenere la politica in uscita quando nell'industria dei servizi. Anche se questo era annoiante, questa revisione non si basava sulla commento. La strada era piena di piatti sporchi e sacchetti di spazzolino, e le sale non sembravano che fossero state vuote da un po’, e il pavimento della tela era insensato, e le ombre della nostra stanza erano danneggiate.

I read the reviews and I don’t know if it has recently changed hands or not but it’s a nice hotel. Yes the pillows are small but they give you alot of them. Breakfast items vary depending on the number of rooms booked but each day had a nice selection of good items. The room is clean and comfortable and I did not have any wait for hot water, was in the middle of the first floor. The pool is nice and warm and is clean. It looks gray because the walls are metal not covered in a plastic liner. The bottom has a texture to it that I personally liked because it was not slippery. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We just stayed at this property for 2 nights. We were put in a room on the second floor, because there weren’t any available on the first floor. But, the parking lot was consistently empty. The noise, all day, all night was stupid! Housekeeping (a.k.a. the owners), started cleaning, knocking on doors, at 7am! Stupid! The room…where do I begin. The bathtub was disgusting, we were in town to attend an event, so I had to take a shower. Joke was on me. If you wanted hot water, it came out in a dribble. I took a very fast cold shower. Then I went to use the hair dryer. Jokes on me again! Didn’t work. No one at the desk to help. The furniture is sad and outdated. Very uncomfortable. But here’s the biggest deal.. when I checked in, I had to “initial” all these mandates… —- no smoking, if caught, $200 fine —-no candles, if caught, $20 fine —-no pets, if caught…blah, blah, blah… I think we should bring our own mandates that the business should initial. ——if room is dirty, the room is free ——if things are not working, the room is free ——if you are not fully satisfied, the room is free. Just do yourself a favor, don’t stay here.
