Oltre al fatto che non forniscono acqua al giorno in mezza struttura e dovresti pagarla per i pasti! Tutto il resto è fantastico

Buongiorno a tutti, L'hotel è eccellente, le camere, la cena e il personale,l'unico punto negativo è la pensione completa, avete diritto ai tre servizi, colazione, mezzogiorno e sera, altrimenti al bar e alla spiaggia tutto è pagato.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back another time soon. The food was good with many local flavors. Staff always smiling and happy to help. Clean room and communal spaces. Excellent value for money. Thank you 😊

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Un ostello molto pulito, una varietà di cibo secondo i gusti, è stata una grande esperienza.

buon servizio, le camere non hanno la doccia per le persone che hanno problemi a entrare in un bagno molto difficile, per un 5 stelle niente bollitore nelle camere peccato per il restauro un po' stretto per sempre un 5 stelle. personale molto cordiale e attento. gli asciugamani sono un po' vecchi e logori ed è difficile cambiarli. Ma ci tornerei volentieri.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 7 nuits dans cet hôtel, en groupe de 3 personnes. Tout était vraiment au top du début à la fin ! Le service est irréprochable, le personnel est extrêmement gentil, souriant et toujours à l’écoute. La nourriture était très bonne et surtout variée, on avait toujours le choix à chaque repas. Côté animation, rien à redire : activités matin, après-midi et soirée, impossible de s’ennuyer ! Et en bonus, l’accès direct à une plage privée qui était juste magnifique. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, on reviendra avec plaisir !

Прекрасный персонал, вежливый и ненавязчивый, шоу анимации супер классное. Номер с видом на море нас устроил. Ужины вкусные и разнообразные, а вот завтраки мне не очень понравились, для 5* маловато выбора. Абсолютная чистота, удобная кровать, постельное белье и полотенца как новые, халаты и тапочки брендированные в отдельной упаковке, презент от отеля в виде фруктов тоже очень понравился. Странно, что в платном бассейне нет шезлонгов (!) в басплатном есть!
