設施：設施還蠻新的 衞生：很乾凈 環境：地理位置很好 離着州府大廈很近 但是門廳非常小 且酒店沒有停車場 代客泊車服務按照時長價格是15-55 服務：服務員態度很好 開始去就給免費升級了 後面房間空調聲音太大 又給升級了一次

酒店地理位置就位於市中心，離州政府很近。出行十分方便。缺點是房間較小。早餐較單一，屬於傳統美式。整體體驗還不錯。

Great front desk team and all staff helpful and friendly. Rooms great and views amazing. Simple, elegant and reasonable price for how great it is. Perfect location. Definitely the place to stay when visiting for business or pleasure. Stayed multiple times and all consistent.

The customer service was really slow and not really accommodating. I had to communicate to see if my own room was ready. The room was also really small for a four star hotel. I just don’t think it was really worth the price for the size and service

Seth was very helpful when we were trying to depart from the hotel. My interaction with Seth was putting our luggage in my car. He went beyond the call of duty. There is nothing else to say but Hyatt is lucky to have Seth and requiring 200 minimum characters is unnecessary.

Great location. Quiet with city views. Easy walk to Austin City Limits, Texas State Capitol and many restaurants/bars in downtown Austin. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Easy in and out parking. Restaurant on site. We’ll be back!

Nice place. I stay in Austin quite frequently and wanted I try something different. For the same price I could have stayed at the JW Marriott or Fairmont. The shower had very low water pressure and the temperature never got above luke warm. I did not bring this to the hotels attention. Only being there for 2 nights I did not want to go through the hassle of switching rooms. Good location also but kinda of noisy even on the 15 th floor

Very nice modern hotel in a nice location. Room was comfortable with floor to ceiling windows, a nice big shower, a big app connectable smart TV and bluetooth speaker/alarm clock. Staff were all very friendly and the room top bar was cool and some nice views.

The hotel was very nice in a great location. Although the rooms are on the smaller size, they are very nice. Great view of the Capitol building. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast was very good and so nice to sit outside. Kader was a great hostess and made sure everything was taken care of. Valet service was outstanding as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Room is small but clean , food is good , thanks Kader she was amazing host . Like the location , check in was chaos due to technical issues . Loved free water. Bed was good. That’s about it basically didn’t use other facilities like gym or bar so not sure

Very friendly staff, well furnished room with all furniture, bedding and so forth in great condition. Nice restaurant and good menu. Drinks were strong. Only issue is it took about 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower on the 12th floor. Since I’m a patient man it didn’t bother me much and everything else was great.

We had the best service at HeyDay. The servers and staff were professional and valued high quality service. The management, Kadar, ensured our needs were met and was very responsive to checking in on us throughout the evening. Best service I had had in a long time!

Just enjoyed a 5 night stay with friends. There were 4 of us in two rooms each with two queen beds and we all had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was always a morning highlight with Kader and team providing genuine, attentive service with care. Kader went out of her way to check on guests throughout their stay to ensure everything was right in a kind and hospitable manner. She’s an asset to this hotel. Hyatt Centric Austin takes good care of their globalist members. It was a busy weekend so no upgrades which was not a problem. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping kept the rooms fresh. Water and coffee were plentiful. What a pleasure coming back to a clean room after a long day. Bathrooms are based on an open concept which is fine for friends and family. Thanks for making us feel so welcome Hyatt Centric Austin! See you next time.
