The front desk was very unhelpful, i ended up staying the night at DIA because my shuttle never came to get me. I already spoke with one of your agents and submitted a request for refund.

Called the hotel shuttle. One arrived, and stayed they were going to the Quality Inn. The van that they drive had the logo. Sadly, there are two Quality Inns and I wasn’t asked which one. I was sent back to the airport to get into another van. The water for the shower was difficult to turn on and I could not turn it off. There was only one staff member at the front desk for checking and outs. I had to wait as they were very busy.

This was an awful stay and we should receive a refund. The bathtub was so backed up and disgusting that we couldn’t even shower. The hot tub was broken. There was no hot water when we tried to even turn the shower on and we were in Denver for medical reasons, so very uncomfortable and unenjoyable stay. We should not have to pay for the room with all that considered.

Flight cancelled, grabbed a room here. A lot of traffic so longer wait for airport shuttle and getting to hotel

Upon existing a side door, we found a small baggie of what looked to be a white rock like substance. The hottub did not work, and house keeping didnt give us new towels or trash bags during our stay.

Great location with an enjoyable outside seating area with a huge pond and swings the dogs loved it. The staff are very understanding, everyone is so helpful and polite even the guest are a delight. Breakfast is always hot and fresh, rooms are clean so we are happy with our stay 10 out of 10 but the things I see myself comparing to the next hotel are
Waiting at the desk for 10/15 minutes for a staff member to come out gets irritating but maybe put a bell on the counter so the staff can be aware of the guests waiting
The pool is warmer than the hot tub
Shower felt like warm bath water on the 1st floor
The 4th floor smells like mildew and that’s the entire floor definitely wouldn’t stay on The 4th floor especially with a child

The hotel itself could use a renovation as there were some issues in the room that showed its wear. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast that was included with the room seemed to be fine although I did not partake as I wasn’t ready to eat so early. The staff at the front desk were quite polite and the shuttle driver we had in the morning to the airport was the greatest!
