It takes only about 5 mins by walk from Augsburg Königsplatz. Good for short stay to explore Augsburg city center.

Excellent location, near the main train station. Also walking distance from Konigsplatz from where there are bus and tram connections throughout the city. Good breakfast menu for this type of hotels. Small room but cosy, clean and fully functional. Good and convenient place to stay when on a short business trip.

Ottima struttura, comodissima per il centro e per la stazione centrale, ottima la pulizia degli ambienti , la colazione era abbondante e con prodotti freschi tutti i giorni. Cortesia dello staff di disponibile a risolvere ogni problema presentato.

We stay on 28 July 2024. 11 PM someone just open our room door. Actually we lock inside . But dont have the secure chain . Because I still awake and also TV and light still on The man just say Sorry and close the door. This is the first time I feel un save stay at IBIS chain

Location of the hotel was not bad, 10 minutes walk from the Augsburg central station, and 3 minutes walk from the central public transport terminal at the Koenig platz. Room was not small, though a bit old, but with a large-size bed, large TV and a desk. Breakfast was quite good, though very much the same every day. Not all staff members spoke good English. Once I came back at 9:00 in the evening, I found my room cleaned but without the towels, ok, it happened, housekeeping lady just forgot to put a new one.....But, when I come down to the reception, the lady there could not understand my problem, she didn't know the word "towel"....I had to wait 2 hour until the change of the shift.

Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Satisfying Breakfast with various food items and pleasant seatings in the cozy lobby. Room is small but has everything you need. More attention should be given to make AC colder.

Clean hotel, modern. Spacious room and easy parking. It is fine for 1 to 2 nights. The location is easy to get too and easy to reach the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The aircon worked well and the shower was good. Would recommend.

This is an Ok standard Ibis. Close to the railway station, and Old town. Friendly staff. Reasonably well appointed room, very Ibisy. Good breakfast. What I did not like, was some not so "allergy-friendly" things. Like wall to wall carpeting, and perfumed soap in the bathroom.

Wir haben gerade unser Schachturnier – die 1. Offene Deutsche Meisterschaft für Schachspieler mit Behinderungen – in diesem Hotel durchgeführt. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir hier übernachten durften, inklusive zweier barrierefreier Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer, und die Seminarräume für das Turnier nutzen konnten. Das Hotel hat eine lange Schachtradition, und dieses Mal war das Turnier etwas ganz Besonderes, da Schachspieler mit Behinderungen im Mittelpunkt standen. Alles verlief reibungslos, und die Teilnehmer waren vom Ambiente des Hotels begeistert. Ein großes Dankeschön an das wunderbare und hilfsbereite Personal – ein Hotel mit Herz! waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service, das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Auf die Zwischenreinigung haben wir bei dem kurzen Aufenthalt verzichtet. Wir kommen schon seid Jahren in dieses Hotel weil es auch verkehrsgünstig liegt und waren immer sehr zufrieden

Hôtel bien placé, non loin du centre ville auquel on accède rapidement à pied, compter 15 mns max, en marchant tranquillement), sinon des bus passent devant l'hôtel. Choisi pour son parking, il est calme et parfaitement entretenu. Accueil pro, chambre agréable et petit déjeuner très bien. L'hôtel est très bien pour visiter la ville (absolument charmante par ailleurs) et faire un tour dans ce coin de Bavière. Nosu recommandons !
