Perfect choice for a stop over at Auckland airport in terms of value for money - we found in still foot walk distance the hotel and could use the luggage trolley up to the hotel (bus is also available). The hotel is a typical modern IBIS hotel.

Very conveniently located in CBD-- e.g., just a very short walk to Sky Tower, a 15 min. walk to the wharf (such as to the ferry building for getting to Waiheke Island) or up to K-Street. The included breakfast had ample choices for myself, a vegan. The kitchenette was also functional. The gym is small but has enough in there to have a good fitness routine. Onsite parking in basement was also a plus, though a bit on the pricy side (NZ$20 per 24 hours). I would stay here again on any return trip to Auckland, NZ.

Il giorno dopo, il viaggio all'hotel via navetta (bus gialla) è stato facile, ma è necessario portare i bagagli sul bus. L'hotel ha 2 piani e se le borse sono pesanti e la camera sul secondo piano, non ci sono ascensori .
Il bastone era molto strano (sono 5'10” e dovevo piegare la chiave nel serraglio), tranquillo, pulito, ma senza ascensori.

Budget is a key word for this hotel.
More a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. Good for 1 night but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.
I stayed in double studio. There's no furniture in the room except bed, tv stand and one stool so you end up doing everything on bed. No bedside table, night lamp etc, only ceiling light (switch is located far away from bed). Can't fully unpack as there is no wardrobe. There's small cupboard with rail and 3 hangers but it's so high, it's impossible to reach those hangers. The double studio has a small kitchenette with hot plates and sink. Cooking is not expected as no pots or utensils are available (removing the kitchenette and adding wardrobe or desk would likely be more beneficial to customers).
On the plus side, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, microwave and iron is available in the room.
Location is very convenient, very close by or in short walking distance to main attractions. Noise from outside can be disturbing late into the night, especially during the weekends.
Easy to get to/from the airport with SkyCity bus which is just couple blocks away.

Very busy and vibrant hostel with a bar attached. The bed was comfy but the room was lacking furniture - there was a chair but no proper table. Shared washrooms were well kept by everyone. A little distance from the main shopping area but near to sky tower (where you can get a chartered bus from the airport).
Don't bother to do pre check-in online - they asked for a card for deposit / incidentals, and the card got charged for the rooms even though I have paid trip.com. Although the staff was prompt to do refunds, but lost like $20 on unnecessary fx rates and credit card fees. You will need to give your details onsite anyways, so save the time on something else.
It would be better if the staff were more welcoming, but I guess it is tough with so many guests to handle every minute.

I am very thankful got to stay at Airport Kiwi Motel as I left my bag on the yellow bus and reception gentleman helped me to track it back for me wothout missing anything. The room is spacious and cups and bowls with other kitchen items are very helpful and clean. just that i heard neighour room's noise like kids talking and adult snooring :D I will book again if i need to change flights in short days.

Arriving at the international airport, we needed to depart the next morning on a domestic flight so opted to stay at the Gateway because it was on the route of the free bus with accommodation. $8 pp if no booking. The Hotel looked shabby from the outside, however was really surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were, we also dined in the restaurant, large portion, food, and reasonable prices would definitely stay again.

In qualche modo la prenotazione è prenota in 2 camere alberghiere con 2 camere in ciascuna e quindi poteva dormire 12 persone.

Il letto era molto comodo, le strutture erano perfette, così pulite e tempestose e un bel cesto di buone gentiluove da godere.
Il nostro unico negativo era quello di essere davanti alla porta davanti quando altri ospiti entravano alle 3:00, parlando in giro in sala e chiudendo le porte. (per altri ospiti che leggevano questo, si prega di tenere conto di questo quando si arriva alla notte)
A parte il piacevole soggiorno. Molto consigliato.

UUtente anonimoIt faced the park, so it was quiet and nice. The shared kitchen was spacious and had a microwave, cooking utensils, and tableware. I also felt that the shared bathroom was well-used. It's a little far from the city center, but there's a supermarket nearby and a bus stop nearby, so it wasn't that inconvenient. I'd like to stay here again if I come to Auckland.

UUtente ospiteNice accommodation in Auckland‘s North / Albany. Quiet area with two alpacas. The kitchen is well equipped, property well maintained and the double bed room was spacious.
Staff could barely speak English and you could easily hear the neighbours through the walls. The building‘s quality seems cheap.
Would recommend it for a shorter stay, therefore.

WWong Wai ManA fantastic experience of our 7-nights staying in Royal Residency! The apartment is conveniently located in a local suburb, closed to almost all big names supermarkets especially with a few Asian Grocery nearby. Commute to CBD or hot spots via driving is easy! The apartment is quite new and is properly housekeeped and managed. Tanishq was very responsive to all our requests, really appreciated! Just one last point… the oven should have been checked prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay again if we ever have a chance coming back to New Zealand!

E'un po'piccolo nella stanza.
L'hotel ha una cucina pubblica, può mangiare pizza e mangere insieme (Figura 2, 3)

Il prezzo è molto pratico ～ Per lasciare la strada della Queen Street circa 15 minuti ～ Puoi anche chiamare direttamente Uber vendita, e la spedizione è conveniente

UUtente ospiteWe had a delay in our flight and arrived in unmanned hours unfortunately our internet wasn’t working and didn’t have the email with the lock box instructions. James the receptionist was leaving and saw us. He was very kind and helpful staying to help even though his shift had finished.
The hostel needs some updating and a lock of paint but overall pretty good, comfy bed, hot shower. Can’t complain.
I did miss the bit about taking sheets off and leaving them downstairs after dropping my key in the drop box - sorry.
