Recensioni su Holiday Inn Express Auckland City Centre, an IHG Hotel

I've stayed here twice now and it doesn't disappoint. Opted for a higher floor for the harbour view because i spent most hours working in my room. Buffet was sumptuous and front desk staff so helpful! I needed some things printed and they did it for free! I'd stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, can see the sky tower from our room. The staff are nice and the breakfast is great, a good choice for stay in Auckland👍

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Auckland very close to the sky tower. Staff were friendly. Biggest frustration was one of the elevators was out of order so it took a while if you were waiting to use one.

The hotel is located in the city center,which makes it convenient for travel,and the rooms are also clean and hygienic.The biggest issue is the lack of a parking lot,so you have to park elsewhere.I parked at 2 pm and picked up the car at 10 am the next day,and was charged 65 New Zealand dollars.It is suggested that the hotel should sign agreements with parking lots for preferential rates to facilitate guests.

Kids wanted pizza. The pepperoni was actually a peppercorn salami which the kids really didn’t like.. the pizza was also extremely cheese.. as in over the top cheese. Even the kids couldn’t finish all the cheese. The rooms are definitely not for a family of four. Our girls are small but you absolutely cannot maneuver around the room with bumping in to each other. And because we are a family, we have two suitcases, which have to go on the floor (very valuable real estate lost there). So we were constantly have to open and close and shuffle our suitcases to get our stuff. Other than that, the room did its job for two nights. It was clean and the staff were accommodating as they could be.

Nice location and accessible area with a good breakfast spread. The receptionist is welcoming and offered some treats.

The best breakfast area of any hotel I have been to. The black out blinds helped me catch up on a few hours sleep after a long flight.

The room and the breakfast was good. But they did not have parking facilities as we need to find a nearest public parking with a rate of NZD59 per day.

Good new clean and convenient product. The high floor rooms with partial harbour views are great ! Breakfast buffet very basic. Front desk interactions very slow every time. Queues to retrieve a bag from storage room due to lack of staff - not great when heading to airport .
