Spacious, and had a small kitchenette. Decent walking distance to main street. For the cost, its a fantastic deal.

This hotel was fine in terms of all areas. Nothing exceptional good or bad. The 1000 check out is too early.

The reception staff was good namely Aaime, the rooms were good, had some issues but sorted out, satisfaction wasn't there, the restaurant latitude staff punit was friendly.

Lovely clean room, had a brief but comfortable stay. Perfect after a long flight.

Love the room and staff service. The aircon wasn't working in our room so the staff changed it for us right away.

Have stayed here 4 times and each time gets better. The staff are super friendly and always able to help with anything you may need. Rooms are clean and everything you would need. This is our go to place in Auckland CBD as the he kitchen facilities really help us too and are of great quality. Thanks again for another great stay

Good location, Reasonable price, Friendly and professional staff. Have a fix price taxi delivery to airport. Room clean and tidy. Full of amenities in the room. Will be back for sure.

The room is huge enough for even 3 people. Kitchen is provided which is quite convenient. However, the breakfast can be imported a little bit as mainly processing food like bacon is provided.

It is a good location for people who go to the CBD to do business, but at night I heard some persistent sounds like engines

Right at the city center of Auckland. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping around.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Good location. Lifts were intermittent. The rooms were quite run down and not the cleanest of hotels

Great place to stay in Auckland CBD. Only issue with the room is that there was no lock on the bathroom door.
