The breakfast is fantastic, parking is a little troublesome but understandable as it’s located in CBD. Hotel provides valet parking which is convenient for us. Great decorations and service provided.

We had a wonderful time , it was my wifes birthday , they even gave us a card and cake.

Location was central but also right above very loud clubs/bars, which meant that it was extremely loud at night (past midnight). We stayed on the 6th floor which felt like the hallway was not part of the building with two mechanical/service doors open. Room and service was fine.

The room is pretty clean. The hotel location is right in the middle of the city. The service is extremely fast and bespoke. The complementary breakfast was a great addition to our stay.

酒店位置很好，就在奧克蘭市中心，走到哪都很方便。 天空塔，海港大橋都能步行前往。整體酒店有些年頭了 不過保養的很不錯。尤其值得表揚的是它們的早餐，很美味。

位置是很市中心的，出門逛非常便利。但房間蠻小的，而且感覺很潮。是這次新西蘭住的酒店感覺房間最差的一個，雖然酒店大堂很復古。

位置處在城中心，樓下是酒吧，整晚噪音不停，根本睡不好，不建議入住

Great location and good size room. Not a great deal of storage in the room, which didn’t affect us as we were only there for two nights but may be a consideration for longer stays. Very comfortable hotel and good value for the location.

Quality hotel but let down by nightclub next door that is open to 4am. Hard to get a good night's sleep even with provided earplugs.

Mixed review. Room was comfortable, clean and well furnished, the bed was excellent. Unfortunately, staff seemed undertrained or new, both at the restaurant and front desk. Several of my communications were off from the staff, and not timely. Check in and check out were a bit bumpy, and several staff members didn’t speak English well. Our room was never cleaned during our entire stay and, strangely, there was always a vacuum cleaner parked in the middle of the hallway right by the room?

The Gym is a joke..... No desk for work in the room Agressiv asian personel at the front desk not friendly only following company rules but the bed was excelent and breakfast super rating of hotel shoul be 3.5 not a 5 Star place

The electricity was off for 4 hours. We tried to get in our rooms at 6:30pm. We got in our room at 10:30pm. We had to climb 7 flights of stairs. They paid for our Uber Meal. But not worth the trouble. It ruined our one night in Auckland.
