Nos quedamos sólo una noche y nos encontramos con un hotel moderno y cómodo, en una muy buena ubicación para conocer la zona de Buceo. La habitación muy cómoda, el desayuno buffet completo, variado y rico. La atención del personal muy buena también. Cerca del hotel se encuentra el Montevideo Shopping Center y en la zona hay varios restaurantes para comer. Aunque por la zona del hotel no se vio mucho movimiento, se sintió seguro. Volvería.

L'hotel è incredibilmente pulito e sembra di nuovo (è in realtà 1.5 anni). La camera (camere 510 e 410) è stata spaziosa, pulita e decorata molto bene. La pressione dell'acqua di doccia è stata incredibile e i letti sono molto comodi! Ma la parte migliore di questo hotel è il personale! Ho prenotato 2 camere per 2 notti separate e Andres al desk front rendeva facile e ci ha tenuti nella stessa stanza. Vanessa, Maximillian e il signore che lavorava con Andres stasera hanno fatto una visita a Punta del Este che non era possibile, possibile. Grazie a tutti per il vostro aiuto! Non cercherò mai un altro hotel per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Montevideo. Rimango solo all'Hotel Costanero! Hanno andato sopra e oltre e la posizione sulla spiaggia è perfetta! RACCOMANDO IL

La posizione è perfetta, se si viaggia in autobus e fuori Montevideo. E a 50$ per notte è un negozio. Altrimenti prova a rimanere altrove. L'hotel non è un 4* in ogni modo. Nessuno parla una parola di inglese (lo parlo in spagnolo rotto, ancora difficile), la custodia non si è mai presentata. Ho controllato un giorno prima e, sebbene ho inviato una richiesta ufficiale di prenotazione e chiesto alla ricezione, hanno preso tutto il valore.

La colazione è stata buona. L'ingresso all'hotel è molto bella le camere sono buone per il prezzo anche se nel bagno c'era odore di piscia. Hanno avuto molti errori nelle prenotazioni. Abbiamo prenotato con un mese di anticipo, confermato per telefono prima di arrivare, tutto è venuto perfetto, fino a quando non siamo arrivati e non hanno lasciato entrare mio marito e i miei figli. Non ero ancora all'hotel, ma avevo già avvertito che chi aveva fatto la prenotazione era arrivato un po' in ritardo. Sia le e-mail che le chiamate precedenti non hanno servito a nulla, perché non ero la persona che mi ha dato la risposta, si vede che ci sono poche comunicazioni tra le persone che lavorano lì. Quando si lamentavano, la palla passava tra loro. Poi abbiamo ottenuto che ci fossero state date la stanza e si è verificato che quando entravano 3 giocatori di football, che anche loro avevano avuto successo, avevano trovato qualcuno nella stanza. Ci hanno dato un altro ma invece di tre , doppio. Abbiamo dormito male, perché eravamo quattro in due letti, dopo un viaggio di 14 ore, ma nessuno ci ha dato una spiegazione o una soluzione.

The hotel is beautiful. As soon as you get inside you are greeted by the receptionists, who are extremely friendly and polite with everyone. As you get in the room, using your card, you can see the bathroom to the left and the TV and beds at the end of the hallway. Next to the bed, there's a small kitchen and a table, just in case you want to cook something there instead of going out. The cleaning crew wasn't very punctual, we never knew at what time they were coming to clean the room and they would always forget to restock the toilet paper or the towels but after a few complaints everything was solved and it never happened again. Apart from that, the rest of our experience staying there was amazing!

La posizione e l'ambiente sono buoni, viaggi di business o vacanze sono abbastanza adatto. In seguito, andare a Montevidia o scegliere questo hotel. Le strutture vicine sono anche molto complete, consigliate a tutti

Hotel bem simpático e agradável, onde tudo é pensado para satisfação do hóspede. Atendimento nota 10 de toda a equipe, sempre solícitos e dispostos a ajudar nas orientações turísticas e nas resoluções dos problemas. O café da manhã é farto e diversificado e ainda oferecem, de cortesia, um lanche servido das 17 às 19 horas. Água e café à vontade durante todo o dia também estão entre os diversos mimos oferecidos aos hóspedes. Acomodações limpas e confortáveis e localização muito boa. Perto da Rambla, de bons restaurantes, shopping e comércio em geral. Alguns pontos que merecem melhoria: - A ducha poderia ser mais forte e fica por cima de uma banheira antiga. Banheiro antigo que deixa a desejar se comparado ao restante do hotel. Merece uma reforma. - Espaço do café da manhã é pequeno para a quantidade dos quartos. Dependendo do horário é necessário esperar vagar mesa.

Awful service - this hotel is not worthy of even 1 star. Their staff are not trained properly and ruined our stay in Montevideo, don’t waste your money here there are plenty of better and cheaper hotels available. 1) The hotel lost our booking and blamed it on us, making us wait 30 mins at reception at 10pm at night for our room 2) The window in our room was broken, we informed them in the morning and when we came back to the hotel that evening we were informed we couldn’t open the window and it was slightly fixed but they would fix it tomorrow (no offer of compensation or apology) 3. The reception staff repeatedly ignored our phone calls when we were trying to clarify the room bill (I called at 15 min intervals for 1 hour so it was obvious they weren’t picking up our room) - never in all the hotels I have stayed at around the world have reception staff repeatedly ignored a room call, it is the worst service possible 4. They tried to charge us more than was originally agreed for our room at checkout and nearly made us miss our flight I have stayed in hotels all across South America and this was the worst service I have ever received - do yourself a favour and save the headache of the poorly trained staff and book another hotel.

A small hotel with a big heart. The staff are lovely and generous. A special shout out to Federico who shared one of his own books on Montevideo with me and Sebastian with the sweet disposition (both at reception). Loved the mid century modern flourishes throughout the property. Also thanks to the restaurant staff who went to great lengths to accommodate my meal requests and always cooked up lovely, stylish, and flavorful dishes. I felt so coddled and look after by the hotel and its personal touch. For the price, it's an awesome find. Hotel staff were so helpful in assisting me to plan my days and provide advice on getting around the city. In terms of areas for improvement, the rooms are a bit small (nothing you can really do about this one) but make up for it with style and comfort. The housekeeping was a bit uneven and I was never quite sure what would be cleaned that day. I've noticed this as a problem at many hotels during and immediately after the pandemica and I suspect is due to staffing challenges leftover from the pandemic. Therefore I imagine it's an issue that will sort itself out as the pandemic recedes into the rearview. This was nothing alarming, BTW, but a slight area for improvement. Also, there was one receptionist who needs to do a slightly better job hiding his annoyance at dealing with non-Spanish speakers. Would definitely recommend this place.
