My wife and I researched most of the hotels in the area finally deciding on the Borgato. The visit started off by trying to valet my car at the Water Club; was told that because my car was a Tesla I should go to the other side. Cool, no problem. Check in was simple, used the app. Stopped at the desk anyway, asked about getting a suite for the weekend. The person called her supervisor who directed her to tell us that our visit was too long. My guess is that charging me $50 more for three nights wasn’t enough money when compared to what they could charge someone for one night. Whatever, I should’ve booked a suite in the first place. They were able to “upgrade” the room - but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so it I’m sure it wasn’t too big of an issue. The food selection was okay, the first night we ate at the food court which was hidden. Average cheesesteak, nothing to write home about. The next morning we are at Bread and Butter. We stood at the line entrance and weren’t greeted, so we moved to the other end where three associates were conversing. Two of which retreated to the back and the third moved to were originally stood.I ordered French Toast, it was okay. Clearly microwaved, which I wouldn’t have expected. My wife ordered egg sandwich that was also frozen and served on a burnt bagel. The tables were crowded and limited. The dealers had no personality, rarely interacted with the guests. A moved an empty bottle to the side of one of the tables - a pit boss asked if why I couldn’t put it in the garbage. That night we ate a Oldholme Stead Steakhouse. The only special was an A5 Waygu Steak, I was told it was the best steak they had. The steak had no sear and not cooked to my liking; I ate it because I had a hard time sending back a $200 steak. Again, we were met with service that was inattentive.We returned to the tables but due to the lack of additional staff to accommodate, the few extra tables were slammed. I waited on the sidelines for about 45 minutes to eventual open.The next morning we ate at the Metropolitan. Walked in and was met with a, “Two!?”. We sat and ordered after about 10 minutes. The food eventually arrived 35-40 minutes later, the quality was about the same as the morning before. However, this time part of my order was missing. When I asked where it was, I was met with “you still want it?”. Granted it was just sausage, but I ordered it. Instead of offering an apology at any point, I was given two cold *****s of bacon.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni 4 notti in questo hotel Camera vista mare nuovamente rinnovata, al 40° piano È stato fantastico. Tutti è moderno. Molto ben isolato per il rumore. TRÈ pulito. Piscina chiusa, rinnovazione. Solo 3 ristoranti, molto costoso $ Molto ben situato sul Boardwalk. Hotel ideale per le coppie. Per il ******, molto poche macchine a differenza degli hotel vicini. Solo hic a questo hotel è:Nessun sorriso dei dipendenti! Una piccola sensazione di ... di disturbarli, tranne i portatori e le donne di camera.

Room was nice and clean looked like the picture the hotel is very big with lots of floors. There was also a stain on the bedding the goes over top of the sheets and we had just gotten there as well as little pieces of hair over the pillows. I liked how it was connected to the ****** next door. Some of the restaurants were not opened. The rooftop bar was nice could have had more things to choose from on the menu. The only thing that bothered me was the WAIT time it took just to get on an elevator it was soooo packed with people going up or down and everyone wanted to cram on to one elevator with 5 of them being in use. Not to mention the staff elevator was out of use so they had to use these elevator’s too. Other than that my experience was good.

Sono rimasto qui con la mia fidanzata 8/21-8/23. Questa è stata la mia prima permanenza alberghiera durante la pandemia. Pros: La posizione è buona, circa un isolato dal marciapiede/oceano in una zona non occupata e passeggiata vicino a Tropicana. La camera ha una buona TV a schermo piatto. In generale la camera sembrava molto pulita. Piselli molto comodi A+. Cons: Asciugamani (soprattutto asciugamani a mano sembravano molto vecchie e erano discolorate che non era confortante). Non è servito colazione, che è stato deludente, ma comprensibile, immagino. Ho dovuto chiedere direttamente di non essere servito contro di essere informato al check-in. Non abbiamo nemmeno ricevuto la password wifi corretta sul titolare della carta chiave, ma più tardi siamo stati in grado di chiedere il desk front next day e ottenere la password corretta. L'esterno dell'hotel non è molto pulito. Il letto leggermente fermo per il nostro gusto. Le macchine Pepsi intorno alla proprietà non funzionano, ma c'è un negozio di comodità intorno alla strada. I vicini della stanza possono anche fare o rompere il vostro soggiorno, mentre le pareti sono sottili. Il parcheggio è $10 extra solo fiy.

La camera era pulita e confortevole. E la colazione continentale al mattino è sempre una cosa meravigliosa. Grazie ! La camera era di buone dimensioni e la TV a schermo piatto era enorme! C'è un armadio di buone dimensioni con una cassaforte e ante scorrevoli a specchio. Anche il bagno era di buone dimensioni e l'illuminazione era buona. Ci tornerei ancora e ancora!
