"Ci troviamo nelle torri del North Forum e la vista del Caesars era mozzafiato dalla nostra camera pulitissima. Adoriamo il ristorante Gordon Ramsey's Pub and Grill, il cui servizio è veloce e i panini e i calamari sono deliziosi. Adoriamo anche la piscina del Caesars, anche se si pagano sedie, sdraio, lettino, ecc., che offre una vista panoramica sull'oceano. "The hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the ****** looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly."

"La stanza doveva essere vuota quando ci fu per la prima volta uno dei campanelli, che era molto generoso per noi, molto generoso per mio marito, e io ero molto dismissivo non ci riconosceva, e non apprezzavo che tutti gli altri fossero molto amici, cordiale e gentile ma la stanza era la grumi sul pavimento quando entrammo nella stanza"

"Il soggiorno era bello n i servizi succhio chiedo per il tessuto igienico circa 8:00 non l'ho ottenuto fino alle 9:00 quando aprivo la porta per prendere la spazzatura poi una persona mi dice che posso arrivare tardi check out n desk dite una cosa che fanno a fare una riunione su acquisto pacchetti vacanza per 2 ore Finisco di comprare un pacchetto vacanza piuttosto costoso ma vedrò come va altrove quando questo posto era pulito"

UUtente ospiteOttimo ambiente pulito e personale molto amichevole, mi sono chiuso fuori dalla mia stanza in calze e personale molto amichevole mi ha aiutato con una nuova chiave. Molto vicino alla camminata e alla spiaggia. L'unica cosa che vorrei controllare è il parcheggio. Credo che ci sia una tassa di parcheggio che sembra folle per qualcuno che si ferma in hotel. Non sono stato pagato un canone perché avevano problemi con il computer che mi hanno ritardato il controllo, così è stato costretto a parcheggiare.

LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

MmatalesTook the nicer tower. Was good and clean enough. Have to pay for main pool. That was surprised. Other pool was not pleasant at all. So we did not use. Parking is not free. And I got charge more than I was told. But it was fine. But off boardwalk is strange as golden nugget next door is free. Basically we did not spent time at the hotel. Went at the beach and use the boardwalk ******* instead. It was easier as I initially planned to play when rest of family are enjoying the pool.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Bello bar sul tetto dove si può godere il tempo fuori, o seduto dentro e guardare la palla mentre si beve una birra e una hoagie o nachos. Nessuna fantasia. Solo buona roba. I canali TV e via cavo hanno battuto gli hotel precedenti che ho soggiornato in zona che erano molto più costosi. Ho avuto un buon lavoro, e ho avuto un buon tempo. Certamente un lavoro a finire.

UUtente anonimoLa giovane donna che lavora per le sere è meravigliosa! E' molto gentile e molto attenta. Anche i signori che lavorano qui sono carini. Il colazione non è grande affatto. E' quattro mini muffin in una borsa grassa, data dal cameriere dietro il desktop. Il succo di mela è così concentrato, è necessario acquarlo da solo perché non lo fanno. È possibile vedere che hanno appena scritto sulla parete anteriore di moldatura e il condizionatore d'aria sta quasi cadendo fuori dalla parete. Ma non ci sono bug e sono abbastanza puliti per la maggior parte.
