The from desk people were great! However, I left the do not disturb hanger on my door before I went out and when I came back it was inside my room. I didn’t want housekeeping to come. As a solo woman traveler, had I been in the room that would’ve been an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situation. The photos were taken prior to checking out (I always try to clear the trash and consolidate the dirty towels to make clean up easier).

Uso questo come uno dei miei principali residenze a casa quando viaggi per affari in ATL. E 'pulito, il personale è sorprendente, professionale, amichevole e utile. Questa settimana era molto occupata, molto più che mai, ma il personale che si salutava al divano ogni giorno era piacevole e accogliente. Il livello sonoro, anche se al suolo era alto, era muffolato dal momento che sono entrato nella mia stanza, così ho potuto lavorare, dormire e godere del mio soggiorno per la settimana. Una sera ho avuto servizio in camera, il servizio e il cibo erano buoni. Sarebbe bello se ci fossero altri posti dove mangiare a piedi, ma ci sono molte opzioni solo poche miglia a piedi della strada, non così male.

Il colazione complimentare era delizioso, soprattutto quello fatto per ordinare omeleti! Il personale era cortese e amichevole. E 'una grande posizione nel cuore di Buckhead. La mia unica domanda era relativa alla pulizia. Avevamo una suite con un divano. Quando ho tirato fuori la materassi dal letto del divano, ho trovato i nodi di popcorn su di essa, e ho potuto vedere anche cromo sul pavimento sotto.

I didn’t read the reviews as I ended up in Atlanta unexpectedly after good old Southwest cancelled my Austin flight & Atlanta was my only option to get back home. I’m glad I didn’t anyway because I probably wouldn’t have booked it but I have nothing but good things to say about my 1 night stay. The neighbourhood probably isn’t the best but I wasn’t here to sightsee The shuttle came quickly & the journey from the airport took less than 10 mins The hotel was bright and clean & the lady on reception was very friendly & welcoming. She acknowledged my IHG platinum status & I was checked in very quickly I had room 616. It was spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable with all the hoped for amenities. Fridge, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, iron etc. It was also quiet & the air conditioning unit was good as I like a cold room. Clean bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast this morning was also excellent. Bacon, eggs, muffins, pancake machines, juices. They also have free coffee & tea available all day. Didn’t use pool as it’s chilly but it looked clean The lady at reception this morning let me keep my room a few hours longer & was also really lovely. Everyone I encountered smoked & said good morning. As a lone British female stranded in Atlanta I felt safe, comfortable & welcome & I would happily stay again should the need arise Ps I didn’t see any homeless people sleeping in the lobby?!

L'hotel è lontano dall'aeroporto personale SUPPER AMABLE letto confortevole colazione base Nessuna trasmissione all'aeroporto mi disturbo molto che nella mia ricerca hotel marca hotel con trasporto all'aeroporto e mi è uscito sulla lista che è un problema del sistema di viaggio mi costata il taxi 60 dollari perche' c'era traffico ma il ritorno senza traffico un Uber erano 30 per cui non lo trip deve controllare che le informazioni di trasporto siano corrette

BBeverly IoneMolto bellissimo e pulito hotel. Il personale era amichevole e gentile. Non sapevo che fosse un edificio storico quando l'ho prenotato; o che aveva un bar al tetto e salotto a piedi! Il mio unico grippo è che il parcheggio è difficile da trovare a meno che non fate Valet. Abbiamo ottenuto parcheggio stradale e abbiamo usato Uber/etc. per andare intorno alla città. In generale, mi riferirei sicuramente di rimanere all'Hotel Clermont di nuovo!

UUtente ospiteI am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and have been loyal to Marriott for 7 years. I’ve stayed at Marriott chains all over the country & this location has the worst customer service & staff by FAR. First of all the security for the hotel attempted to hit on me during our first interaction but I kindly turned him down bc I am married. Very unprofessional when you’re at work! Secondly upon checking in the room, there were stains on the curtains, couch and a cigarette burn hole on the bar stool. No seats for the balcony or any privacy on the balcony. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner & the sheets on the bed were not the correct size, there was a mattress cover but no fitted sheet. We didn’t even complain! The real issue came when we were woken up at 8:30am by security BANGING on the door like the Swat team. He literally woke me and my daughter up and was at the door telling my husband that we were smoking and that he could smell it and that we needed to leave the property and would be charged a $500 fine! I immediately told him that we were not smoking and that we smell smoke too and my husband had an incense burning to block the smoke smell from getting to my daughter. We are not tattle tells so we did not care to call downstairs to make it an issue, it was easier to light the incense. We literally travel with these incense bc sometimes there are pet or smoke smells at some of these hotels. The security guard seemed to not care about what I was telling him so I told him not to come back to my room without a manager. He came back twice WITHOUT the manager, said the manager was unavailable and brought a luggage cart telling us we needed to leave or he was going to call the police! I told him to call them bc I was not leaving without a refund. He kept lying to his manager on the phone saying that we were refusing to leave but not telling him what I was saying which was COME BACK WITH YOUR MANAGER. The security guy was extremely rude & aggressive and needs to be FIRED. The manager FINALLY came up to the room 20 min later smh and when he did I offered him to come inside and smell or take a look bc we had nothing to hide. He said he could smell smoke but not tell what it was and I informed him we had an incense burning. He asked us to put it out and said that we couldn’t burn incense or light candles at this hotel. That was my first time hearing a no incense or candle burning policy from Marriott. He told us we were fine and to enjoy the rest of our stay without even addressing the rude behavior from security. I told him we would be checking out immediately and calling Marriott customer service for a full refund for being woken up and harassed. I called customer service as I was checking out to file a complaint and ask for assistance with getting a refund. Well here it is a week later and the hotel STILL hasn’t given me a refund or returned my deposit! Customer service team said the manager said he would not be returning my funds so I’ve escalated it to

UUtente ospiteMolto bello hotel più nuovo.Il servizio era ok.La sicurezza è arrivata rapidamente per rimettere in sicurezza la sicurezza, anche se il personale di manutenzione non ha potuto riparare il mio bagno di doccia. Si sono presentati subito, hanno mal diagnosticato il problema e hanno detto che sarebbe finito nel tempo. Non lo e'. Quando ho notificato il desk front la mattina prossima, mi hanno assicurato che la manutenzione sarebbe stata lì per ripararla. Non sono mai più apparsi. Oh, si', e non trovare una stanza al secondo piano vicino al centro fitness. I giardini sono troppo deboli per mettere giustamente le mutande. ***** li lasciano cadere e quindi tutto ratteggiare sul pavimento a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte.

Il colazione è pigro, salsa seduto in un panino pieno di grasso, so che il salsa è grasso, ma non l'ho mai visto servito seduto in un panino pieno di grasso. Non mangiare. Il primo giorno le stick francesi di tosta erano bloccate e metà cucinate. La torta di frutta non è mai riempita. Caricare $15 per questo è pazzesco!! Dirò che i collaboratori del colazione sono dolci e utili. Il parcheggio è ridicolo, devo pagare 45 dollari al giorno per un assistente per andare a parcheggiare la mia auto a 50 piedi. Questo è solo vantaggio delle persone. Dovrei poter parcheggiare la mia auto invece di essere sbrigata fuori dalla mia auto cercando di prendere tutte le mie cose, borse d'affari, ecc. Le strade sono molto alte tutta la notte. Gli ospiti del ghetto hanno potuto dire le parole peggiori e parlare in qualsiasi modo volevano parlare alti davanti agli altri ospiti e ai bambini. Questo è un hotel amico della famiglia, poiché l'acquario, il Coke Museum, il Centennial Park sono tutti situati a pochi passi. Buona fortuna se avete bisogno di asciugamani, di un cappello extra, o qualunque cosa, la custodia non pulisce o riempie nulla, e questo è il mio terzo giorno. UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato in molti hotel IHG, tra cui Holiday Inn. Ho soggiornato in nuove, vecchie e ristrutturate proprietà e ho avuto esperienze positive. Ho soggiornato in hotel Northlake quando sto visitando la famiglia. Ho scelto questo hotel perché sono familiare con il marchio, e ha offerto il tasso più basso di circa $20. Mi sentivo come avevo trovato un sacco. Dall'esterno, l'hotel è un hotel standard e piacevole, anche se le palme fuori davanti erano un po' sospette per Atlanta. L'albicocca sembra buona. Ma dopo l'ispezione, le cose sono peggiorate. Non è stato permesso l’ingresso posteriore all’edificio; quindi, si deve camminare verso l’ingresso laterale o frontale. L'ascensore sembra mantenuto male; le strade erano buie con un intenso fluorescenza e avevano un forte odore di ”vecchia casa”. C'era anche l'odore di pote (e non ho problemi con questo, ma lo faccio quando sono in un hotel). Per quanto riguarda la stanza, aveva quel vecchio odore, la cabina per la pendenza dei vestiti sembrava ben indossata e sradicata. Il divano era ben indossato. La distanza non aveva la copertura della batteria. C’erano i capelli nel bacino. La mattina, l'acqua non si sdraiava fuori dal bagno mentre si docciava. Questo era l'ultimo panno per me. Ho controllato due giorni prima. Capisco che siano molto negativi, ma mi permetta di sottolineare alcune cose. Prima, il letto era nuovo e molto comodo. In secondo luogo, il personale, dal ricevitore al personale di manutenzione, era * molto bello* e *accomodante*. Qualsiasi richiesta che ho fatto è stata soddisfatta, e tutti erano veramente orgogliosi e felici di lavorare lì. Vorrei che l'hotel fosse fisicamente piacevole quanto il personale. E anche se l'hotel è stato ristrutturato, è necessario fare di più. Attualmente, questo hotel non dovrebbe essere contrassegnato da un Holiday Inn.

UUtente ospiteLa nostra stanza era deliziosa! La nostra stanza era di fronte agli alberi e si sentiva come se fossimo in una casa. La suite era davvero ben pensata e avevamo tutto ciò che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole e tranquillo! È stato anche molto bello avere la colazione lì per noi, anche goderci il lobby mentre aspettavamo il giorno dopo che la nostra famiglia arrivasse.Era tranquillo e ben tenuto e soleggiato. :)
