My experience overall was decent , my only real complaint is my room smelled of mold and it was so unbearable!!!!!

Poor customer service as soon as I walked in. I wasn’t greeted when walking in and both employees didn’t try and take care of us until we walked up. We got an immediate attitude from the man and saying we didn’t pay him that we paid another party to book. Aron wasn’t bad it did have some downs. Bathroom plug wasn’t even on and the drain was clogged and had my feet wet the whole shower. Room is very dark and hallways smell like ****. The best part was the valet holding our car for free so we could put ours bags down. Parking is too expensive and a long walk

Got a room online for an overnight stay at a good price. The only gripe I had was I was unaware of the parking situation at this particular hotel. Only parking options were a pricey valet or the business parking lot a little further away from the hotel. I had to go with the business parking lot over hotel valet because it was just too much.

I appreciated the bistro bar concept on the property. I did not appreciate the sound of the leaf blower in the property, two mornings in row, before 8:30am.

The TV service they use her, Dish Network, didn’t work several times when attempting to watch tv. Maintenance had to make two trips in the two nights we stayed there to fix it.
The parking situation wasn’t great either. Unless you want to pay $40 a night for valet then you get directed to a parking garage across the street which costs $48 for parking there for a 2 day period.
The maids also didn’t replace the glasses, cups, and coffee items when they cleaned the place. They simply just left the dirty glasses there.
Usually Courtyard Marriotts give me a good to very good experience. This one had many issues that lead me to give it an average review at best.
