Hotel centralissimo e ben gestito complimenti per l'efficenza e la pulizia

Tieni presente che il team continua a eliminare recensioni negative su varie piattaforme. Questo è un servizio patetico. In sostanza, abbiamo chiamato l'hotel per prenotare direttamente il giorno stesso dell'arrivo (quindi letteralmente meno 8-9 ore di permanenza in hotel). Siamo membri Accor Plus (e spesso otteniamo privilegi negli hotel di tutto il mondo, ad esempio upgrade complementari, check-out posticipato, colazione inclusa, servizio cordiale ecc.). In questo caso, la tariffa fornita dal tuo team al telefono era 2 volte maggiore rispetto a ***********, alle tariffe dei siti Web Trip.com e Accor Plus…. Inoltre, dopo aver prenotato tramite l'aggregatore, abbiamo scritto un'e-mail dicendo che avremmo apprezzato l'upgrade complementare (come membri Accor Plus), anche il team dell'hotel ha ignorato quell'e-mail. A proposito: oggi ci sono 3 diverse categorie di camere disponibili tramite aggregatori. Il team dell'hotel ha detto "faremo del nostro meglio e metteremo una nota", cosa che chiaramente non hanno fatto, poiché nessuno se ne è ricordato nemmeno al momento del check-in. Sorpreso da un tale servizio in un hotel a 5 stelle!

Nothing negative about this awesome place. The personal is so friendly, they try to help you with all small details. You will feel yourself like at your home, you will not want to leave this place at the end. Stunning view at the rooftop to Acropolis, amazing location close with Kolonaki,Syntagma and all popular brands,cafes,restaurants by walk. Excited to come back to the hotel. Thanks to all the staff again and again.

酒店位置很好，出門左轉步行3分鐘憲法廣場，右轉步行3分鐘attica商場。 酒店規模不大，但很精緻；房間設施很新，早餐廳不錯（圖3圖4）；一樓還有個bar，做的東西也挺好（圖5圖6）。順便説一下，憲法廣場對面很繁華，有【春熙】中餐廳，服務和口味都不錯。 大堂和餐廳的服務員很熱情，有需求響應也很快。整體來説，除了價格偏貴，缺點很少。幾乎沒有親子設施，10樓有個游泳池，但我們冬季去，因此沒有使用。

位置非常好，就在憲法廣場邊上，機場坐M3到syntagama站出地鐵就是。房間設施很新，前台小姐姐非常熱情，早餐種類不多但是味道不錯，服務員會問喝什麼咖啡，強烈建議點一杯當地特色的freddo cappuccino.
