Service is excellent. Once we called them at Atami Train Station, their car arrived in 10 mins to pick us up. The free ride from/to train station is very helpful. Free drinks and snacks during happy hours 3-5pm is very good. We have seafood, beef, fish and semi buffet for dinner. The beef was good. Fish is okay. Overall the services are very good and staffs can speak English that made it easy to communicate. The ocean view from our room is beautiful.

性價比超高的旅館，雖然所謂日式服務比較少，但是食物豐富，選擇自由，景色絕佳。

位置較偏遠，若沒有酒店車接送，需要徒步大斜坡而上，頗為吃力，亦看到酒店歲月的痕跡。

The hotel is far and u need to pass many steep slope till u reach the hotel, so if u carry many luggage , recommend to take a taxi, just 10 minutes route. The hotel has good sea view indeed. There is welcome snack and drink from 3-5pm. Breakfast is good. Not crowd and u can get private hot spring too.
