Hotel in zona Nubian Eco Village, Assuan

I arrived from Luxor after staying at the Luxor Pyramisa Hotel and I have to say this place is sooooo much better!! Not just the location or the size of this place but the most important thing was that all members of staff are really friendly, welcoming and always smiling, greeting you when you walk past. A few members stood out very well to me, who are Carlos & Christine from guest relations, who are really friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed and my stay was pleasant. They also sent a complimentary drink to the pool when they saw i was taking a swim. I think these guys definitely deserve a reward!! Mostafa and Ahmed from the taxi/souvenir shop booked a few taxis with them and also an excursion to the Nubial village. Good prices and the taxi were always on time and waiting for me. Finally, I can't forget Faisal, the lifeguard/swimming pool guy. Very friendly, and as soon as he knew I couldn't swim that well, I decided to give me a couple of hours of lessons! a shame. I only went to the pool once on my last day at the hotel. But in general all staff are great but these guys are the ones who I spoke with on a daily basis while staying at the hotel. The hotel, in general, is kept in immaculate condition. The gardens are nice and green and perfect for an evening walk. It's on an island, so no one to haggle you outside and the crossing is free, runs 24hrs, every 20/30mins. Rooms are a bit old but you have to remember we are not in New York or London and in fact very south of the country where its remote and for the price its a good deal!! Views are good, and sunset and sunrise while crossing on the boat to mainland is a view for sure!! I had half board so that was breakfast and dinner on a buffet service. Good selection of hot and cold food at both times. Can't say anything bad. Drinks are extra and the fresh juices are great! Will definitely be staying here again for a longer time when I visit next time!!

Abbiamo effettuato la nostra ricerca prima e abbiamo contattato l'hotel per organizzare di andare all'hotel dal villaggio e controllare, perché sapevamo che avremmo fatto terra nelle AM. Siamo stati ignorati. Siamo arrivati al punto di incontro del villaggio alle 1:45, ma siamo arrivati alle nostre camere alle 3:50, perché arrivare all'hotel via telefono e WhatsApp era così difficile. Siamo stati frustrati e ansiosi in questo resort benessere.Il nostro taxi guidatore ha rifiutato di prendere la montagna e il tuktuk ha rifiutato di prenderci a causa dei nostri sacchetti (che è comprensibile). Sono molto deluso nel servizio e so che il personale ha un sacco di potenziale per migliorare la prestazione del servizio. L'hotel deve essere più consapevole del loro servizio clienti e ospite. Rimanere qui era stressante. Si consiglia di avere vibes estetiche, un bellissimo hotel pittoresco con buon colazione. Non consigliare se si privilegia un grande servizio ospite, comodità e pace.

Personale cortese e disponibile ad organizzare i trasferimenti (con prezzi concorrenziali). Struttura in stile Nubiana con dislocazione delle stanze caratteristica. Ottima colazione e Ottima cena con te serale offerto. Aswan è facilmente raggiungibile sia via terra, sia in barca a prezzi contenuti. Unica cosa negativa, la presenza di numerosi cani randagi, in prossimità del villaggio, che abbaiano tutta la notte

I absolutely loved this place. It is a little bit away from the city (about 3 miles/5 km) but that means you get a little private, quiet piece of the Nile from the room balcony. The staff were just excellent and took care of us so well. The front desk was always helpful and helped arrange our tours and taxis. The rooms were charming, clean, and orderly. The rest of the hotel is similarly clean and charming. When we arrived we had an issue with our room’s AC not working well, and the staff responded immediately and helped us move rooms when it was clear it wouldn’t be fixed quickly. They were similarly very responsive to our needs during the entirety of the trip. The security at the hotel is also great.

This place screams local charm and happiness. The location is amazing, in a Nubian village (you will think the taxi driver is lost), it is colorfully cheery, so clean, on the river, and the restaurant is so delicious…as you dine Nile side. One night a local music group came…super fun. There is a local man with a boat, Fufu, and for $2.00 he is the most fun water taxi ever. I look for hotels that have all the feel for where you are and this place nails it. This is a Muslim hotel so no bar. Good thing we had a bottle of vodka from duty free. The hotel does not have a pool. The manage told me they are adding one soon! Good thing This place is just everything you would want in a cool place. Book it ! Parker in Santa Fe

Ho colpito 20, il profumo che il personale di servizio ha portato non è utile, in breve, Se il bagno è da aeroporto a qui per un breve soggiorno, sarebbe più conveniente. Se è da città a qui non è una buona scelta. I dipendenti del negozio sono entusiasti e amichevoli. Il capo è un po'difficile dal prezzo di trasporto per Abu Sinbe e ho capito di fatto.

Molto consiglia Villa Misk! I miei amici e io abbiamo avuto un bel tempo in Aswan e Ahmed, il proprietario, lo hanno fatto molto benvenuto per noi. Abbiamo anche mangiato all'hotel e è stato il migliore Baba ghanoush che abbia mai avuto, si può dire che era fresco e solo il miglior prodotto utilizzato. Tutto quello che ha fatto il cuoco era delizioso. E 'una famiglia di proprietà e veramente una casa lontana da casa. Ahmed era un ospite conosciuto e ha fornito molte intuizioni per la zona e l'Egitto. L'hotel era molto pulito e ogni camera aveva una vista sul Nilo! Avrei rimasto più a lungo se potessi.

L'hotel è molto buono, ognuno dei dipendenti è particolarmente educato. Sono molto grato per loro. Non posso dormire a causa della mancanza di acqua e terra, e la notte non posso dormire. Chiamero' la reception per chiedere se c'è una medicina per il trattore. Mi dispiace che l'hotel non abbia queste medicine, ma mi hanno chiamato il dottore per bere elettroliti. Il liquido, usato le penne di sosta, e poi sono usciti a comprarmi la medicina. Il giorno dopo, hanno chiamato molto attentamente per confermare se mi sento meglio. L'altro ristorante dell'hotel ha un pranzo e una cena (auto-contazione) molto deliziosi, il prezzo non è costoso

Eravamo in po spaventato da certe recensioni ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. La location e’ unica, il villaggio e’ suggestivo le camere tipiche ma con tutto il necessario: acqua bollitore, lenzuola pulite, svariati asciugamani, coperte, acqua calda: nessun problema! Belli gli spazi comuni con vista sul tempio. Ristorante molto buono. Consiglio di far chiamare taxi che attenda sulla riva opposta per arrivare ad Aswan già dall’hotel perché al porto non ce ne sono. Alla sera bello il falò’ con vista sullo spettacolo di Luigi a Philae. Non c è il Wi-Fi ma c è linea
