Hotel in zona Egypt Discovering, Assuan

Ho viaggiato spesso per lavoro o diletto e posso dire soltanto che il Sofitel Palace Old Cataract è un oasi di tranquillità e professionalità che ti lascia senza parole. Hedra e Asram al bar con viste sul Nilo e sulla tomba dell’Aga Khan, sono di una simpatia e gentilezza estreme. Auguri a chiunque legga questa recensione di poter godere almeno una volta nella vita di questo posto da sogno

Mi piaceva davvero questo hotel. La vista dalla mia stanza (5° piano) su Aswan, il cataract, l'isola di Elefante, il monumento di Aga Khan, era impressionante. Poiché l'hotel è su una collina, non riesco a immaginare nessun altro hotel che offrisse una vista simile. Le camere sono molto pulite, anche se un po 'datato, e grandi, con balcone. Terreni molto generosi, bella piscina e un buffet perfetto colazione. Bello piccolo centro commerciale con prezzi molto buoni per i souvenir. In tutto - un hotel che vorrei tornare.

I arrived from Luxor after staying at the Luxor Pyramisa Hotel and I have to say this place is sooooo much better!! Not just the location or the size of this place but the most important thing was that all members of staff are really friendly, welcoming and always smiling, greeting you when you walk past. A few members stood out very well to me, who are Carlos & Christine from guest relations, who are really friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed and my stay was pleasant. They also sent a complimentary drink to the pool when they saw i was taking a swim. I think these guys definitely deserve a reward!! Mostafa and Ahmed from the taxi/souvenir shop booked a few taxis with them and also an excursion to the Nubial village. Good prices and the taxi were always on time and waiting for me. Finally, I can't forget Faisal, the lifeguard/swimming pool guy. Very friendly, and as soon as he knew I couldn't swim that well, I decided to give me a couple of hours of lessons! a shame. I only went to the pool once on my last day at the hotel. But in general all staff are great but these guys are the ones who I spoke with on a daily basis while staying at the hotel. The hotel, in general, is kept in immaculate condition. The gardens are nice and green and perfect for an evening walk. It's on an island, so no one to haggle you outside and the crossing is free, runs 24hrs, every 20/30mins. Rooms are a bit old but you have to remember we are not in New York or London and in fact very south of the country where its remote and for the price its a good deal!! Views are good, and sunset and sunrise while crossing on the boat to mainland is a view for sure!! I had half board so that was breakfast and dinner on a buffet service. Good selection of hot and cold food at both times. Can't say anything bad. Drinks are extra and the fresh juices are great! Will definitely be staying here again for a longer time when I visit next time!!

Personale cortese e disponibile ad organizzare i trasferimenti (con prezzi concorrenziali). Struttura in stile Nubiana con dislocazione delle stanze caratteristica. Ottima colazione e Ottima cena con te serale offerto. Aswan è facilmente raggiungibile sia via terra, sia in barca a prezzi contenuti. Unica cosa negativa, la presenza di numerosi cani randagi, in prossimità del villaggio, che abbaiano tutta la notte

This place screams local charm and happiness. The location is amazing, in a Nubian village (you will think the taxi driver is lost), it is colorfully cheery, so clean, on the river, and the restaurant is so delicious…as you dine Nile side. One night a local music group came…super fun. There is a local man with a boat, Fufu, and for $2.00 he is the most fun water taxi ever. I look for hotels that have all the feel for where you are and this place nails it. This is a Muslim hotel so no bar. Good thing we had a bottle of vodka from duty free. The hotel does not have a pool. The manage told me they are adding one soon! Good thing This place is just everything you would want in a cool place. Book it ! Parker in Santa Fe

Questo piccolo hotel è in un piccolo villaggio, che è andato a febbraio, secco e molto freddo, con aria condizionata può essere fredda, il vento della porta è molto grande, la sala panoramica è una parte con balcone, più fredda.La reception Sara è più professionale e ha bisogno di trovarla per chiederglielo, ma è andata al lavoro alle dieci del mattino. Il barista che è responsabile è molto infidato. Il cibo per l'acqua calda che ci viene dato non è stato lavato, ha lasciato il cibo del latte, l'acqua che viene scaricata è tutto sporca, l'igiene alimentare è completamente incredibile, e ci ha venduto entrambe le bottiglie d'acqua. I absolutely loved this place. It is a little bit away from the city (about 3 miles/5 km) but that means you get a little private, quiet piece of the Nile from the room balcony. The staff were just excellent and took care of us so well. The front desk was always helpful and helped arrange our tours and taxis. The rooms were charming, clean, and orderly. The rest of the hotel is similarly clean and charming. When we arrived we had an issue with our room’s AC not working well, and the staff responded immediately and helped us move rooms when it was clear it wouldn’t be fixed quickly. They were similarly very responsive to our needs during the entirety of the trip. The security at the hotel is also great.

La stanza è molto pulita, la luce è molto nuova, il frigorifero è molto buono, il paesaggio è grande, e c'è un bacino di massaggio con acqua fredda sul balcone.L'hotel può prendere molte foto molto belle.L'atteggiamento del personale è molto amichevole. Per risolvere i problemi che si propone, faremo del nostro meglio per aiutarli. Sento la coscienza del servizio molto forte 👍. L'hotel è molto buono, ognuno dei dipendenti è particolarmente educato. Sono molto grato per loro. Non posso dormire a causa della mancanza di acqua e terra, e la notte non posso dormire. Chiamero' la reception per chiedere se c'è una medicina per il trattore. Mi dispiace che l'hotel non abbia queste medicine, ma mi hanno chiamato il dottore per bere elettroliti.
