При заезде окно была открыто окно, и закрыть было невозможно, так как было славно. Устранили через 15 минут только. На полу были кошки, правда у уборщица быстро все остальное нормально.

房間很大～就是傢俱和設計是以前歐洲的簡約風格，可能是酒店比較老了，走廊有一股黴味，餐廳裝修不錯，明亮乾淨，吃的都以麪包沙拉水果為主。 還想分享一下，因為當天晚上辦的入住，不久後就有一位女士來敲門，而且説的不是中文和英語，沒聽懂，根本不敢開門，出門在外還是謹慎的好。

Old fashioned hotel in center of Astana. Not a real 4 star hotel, needs to be renowed. There was not hot water during 5 days stay! The rooms are outdated and dirty. The breakfest on top of the hotel is mediocare. The spa is in different building.

The hotel is to bad to rent in despite the location the room is dirty and the staf is bad in their job especially one employee name Aseel she is bad in her job as respiration and the room service staff is bad in their job and they don’t change the used towel

Фотографии и комнаты в Отеле не соответствуют ! Грязь и капая-то унылая нищета ! Никогда не бронируйте этот отель ! Бронировала руководителю , у него было вручение государственной награды в Астане ! Он был просто в шоке от увиденного в отеле ! Ничего общего с фото отеля!
