Struttura elegante, comoda e piena di servizi. Colazione copmpleta e abbondante. Personale gentile, molto disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Il soggiorna include anche l'Arosa Card che garantisce accesso a innumerevoli servizi in Arosa. Una piacevole vacanza da ritornarci .....

Bella struttura, curata con gusto nei mille particolari. Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni rigeneranti in un ambiente davvero pieno di charme. Notevole l’area wellness con la piscina e la zona saune ben accessoriata e completa. Camera (105) comoda, ampia, ben strutturata. Tutto silenzioso e tranquillo. Per trovare qualche critica: buona la colazione ma l’offerta è migliorabile. Gli orari della zona wellness sarebbero da estendere possibilmente al mattino. Ma sono critichette assolutamente secondarie, poiché il livello di questo hotel è veramente eccellente . Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo senz’altro all’occasione !

Super hotel; very great and kind staff and perfect junior suite (spacious, cosy, clean). We loved the indoor swimming pool (our kids were super happy with the indoor slide) and the sauna’s which we used after a hike to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast is really good; fresh and much variety. We were positively surprised about all divers activities you could do in the near environment (by using the Arosa card), such as hiking and use of the cable cars, swimming in the lake, the pedalo boats, climbing in a rope park, visit Chur by using the train, feeding squirrels and birds and enjoying lots of nice restaurants in Arosa and the mountains! Hope we will be back sometime!

This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. As experienced travelers, we highly appreciated the down-to-the-detail property and operation of the hotel. It is warm, welcoming, well equipped and very well managed. With that - very personal, and informal. Our junior suite was spacious, and had excellent facilities. Wonderful breakfast with lots of options to choose from. The spa is great, with saunas and a swimmable pool. We loved the daily recommendations sheet. For skiers - the hotel is accessible both ways (in and out) directly to the slopes with a 30m walk. Last, a warm thank you to Karin and the excellent staff who made our stay so enjoyable. We'll be back soon...

You are a masterpiece of hospitality, friendliness, professionalism, accuracy and above all authenticity and heart. And this all is lived by every staff member. A great hotel set in a very Swiss resort Book direct and the hotel owners will pick you up from the station. Also, a nice drink awaits you at reception. Location- an easy walk down to the lake and the cable car (Gondola) that takes you to bear sanctuary and Weisshorn mountain summit. Also at the start of a street full of bars and restaurants. However, the location is very peaceful. Hosts- wonderful, really hospitable and speak perfect English. Rooms- spacious, light and clean. Breakfast- a huge selection including Sekt. Eggs and coffee made to your liking, on demand. The town of Arosa had a real sense of being 'the most Swiss' place that we had been to during the nine years that we had lived here. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel with excellent views, great breakfast, good beds and spa. The best part was the superb service, Karin is the perfect host. She went above and beond to make sure our stay was enjoyable with booking great resturants, giving great tips (early bird skiing) and being genuinely attentive. Highly recommended.

Weve been to fancy hotels before but this was different.besides being fancy it is so cozy and homey! every detail is perfect! from the luxurious cozy bathroom to the comfy couches and dreamy bedroom!the service is exceptional-karen and her staff were amazing catering to our individual needs and went out of their way as if we were the only guests in their hotel!!!thank you for the most amazing time we had in belarosa!

Alles Tiptop. Preis/Leistung gut Familiäre Atmosphäre Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Grosses Standardzimmer Saubere Anlage. Eine grosse Renovation hat unmittelbar nach unserem Aufenthalt begonnen.
