Loved being near AT&T Stadium. The hotel is close to Texas Live with several dining and nightlife options available nearby. Free parking at the hotel is included with plenty of spots. Nice restaurant and bar onsite. Will stay here again.

Made a reservation on my BonVoy app. Checked in to my room on the application. After a long day of travel with my family we arrived after 9pm only to find out our room had been given away. The front desk said he had accidently given it away before he realized they were 100% booked and was in the process of sending me an email (as if I can check an email while driving across Dallas at night). I asked if he could find me another Marriott property nearby given, I have 25+ years of loyalty to Marriott and 450+ nights. He called his manager. After a few moments of discussion (which included talking about rooms that weren't clean which brings up a whole host of other questions), I was told since it was a ”computer glitch” and ”latency issue” the manager nor Marriott had no obligation to help me of my family. He had already told me he didn't change the system to 100% occupancy... not sure that that has to do with the computer when that is human error. All I asked was to simply find me another Marriott (i.e. pick up the phone). I was polite and calm the entire time. They declined. My wife (who has MS and can barely walk) and kids took our luggage into the parking lot and drove next door to a non-Marriott hotel hoping to find a room. They only had a single room, so I put my disabled wife and kids in that room and rolled in 2 cots for my kids. The manager overheard me discussing with the front desk clerk about my experience at the Aloft down the street. She came out and asked if there was anything she could do for us. I told her no, we were just hungry and tired. She offered to go get us dinner. I declined and told her I would go get some burgers or something for everyone after getting my wife and kids settled. I had to find another hotel room for myself after all. After being in the room about 10 mins we got a knock on the door. It was the manager with 5 burgers and fries from Wendy's. My wife was almost in tears. Aloft should hire that manager away from the competition. And I have no status and asked them for nothing. I tried to pay her repeatedly and she refused to take my money. I then drove down the street looking for a place for me to stay and found a Residence Inn. They ended up having a Queen Suite that my entire family could have stayed in had the Aloft manager and her clerk had enough courtesy to pick up the phone. But they weren't ”obligated” as they stated. I ended up staying in a 2-bedroom suite by myself and paying for 2 hotel rooms, over $550 + tax, all due to the Aloft's lack of courtesy and empathy. Ironically enough, I work in software. These days every major corporation can only use buzz words like ”customer 360” and ”personalized experience” when describing the wants and needs for their consumers. But this experience with this particular Aloft and leadership (or lack thereof) only proves that what took 25+ years of loyalty to build between me and Marriot can be severely damaged in a matter of minutes simply due to the fact of someone

Abbiamo avuto quattro famiglie che rimasevano qui per la Break Spring, e abbiamo scelto questo posto perché era vicino a Sei Flaggs, aveva un cortile di basket e una piscina all'interno per i bambini a giocare. La corte era grande la prima notte, ma la seconda notte era sovraccaricata con un gruppo di chiesa dall'hotel adiacente, che condividono la corte. Nessun problema, così i bambini possono andare nella piscina, no, era congelato e all'interno! Apparentemente il riscaldamento per il tubo caldo è rotto, presumo che sia anche il riscaldamento della piscina. Abbiamo detto mercoledì che sarebbe stato fissato e non era ancora sabato quando siamo partiti. Ma almeno abbiamo avuto la corte di basket. La prima notte il nostro gruppo era in grado di pendere nel cortile. Il fuoco non funzionava ancora. E non si è mai fissato mentre eravamo lì. La scorsa notte era più freddo, ma c’era abbastanza spazio per diffondersi nel lobby. Il snack per l'acquisto era buono, probabilmente avrebbero dovuto pianificare il magazzinaggio perché era la pausa primavera per la maggior parte del Texas. Ma i bambini potevano ancora trovare alcune cose.Colazione, uova ogni giorno, erano buoni. Una proteina diversa ogni giorno. Tipico produttore di waffle, muffin, cereali, latte. Nessuna patate, e nessun frutto fresco. Le tazze di frutta non contano. Questo è stato una sorpresa. Ho sempre visto banane e mele a buffet gratis per colazione. Il personale era bello. Il ragazzo lì il primo giorno, Joshua? Era un tipo molto bello, utile, cortese, grande. Due suite da letto erano grandi. Non nuove, non troppo vecchie. Pulizia. La cucina era contenuta con qualche cosa che potresti avere bisogno. Ma portare grandi sapone da spazzatura e sapone da pranzo per lavare i piatti, se necessario. Il frigo ha un fabbricante di ghiaccio. I letti erano abbastanza comodi. I piatti erano tutti diversi tipi, quindi spero si possa trovare uno che si vuole. La posizione era grande per i ristoranti e si sentiva abbastanza sicura. Ci rimarremmo li'. Spero solo che i prodotti della piscina siano stati fissati.

Ho prenotato la mia stanza in questo hotel perché è vicino al mio lavoro e il tempo invernale sta arrivando. Non ho il lusso di ”giorni di ghiaccio”. Non volevo andare in piedi troppo presto per guidare tutto il modo di lavorare dalla mia casa. Interessantemente, ho fatto la stessa cosa in un'altra catena di hotel vicino l'anno scorso, e mentre ero in viaggio all'hotel, Mi hanno chiesto di dire che la mia prenotazione era annullata. Non c'è motivo, ma sospetto che mi hanno affittato la stanza sotto di me per un prezzo più alto. Quindi mi preoccupavo che questo avvenga qui, sulla base di quella esperienza. Sono arrivato al check-in e non c'erano problemi.Ho prenotato una suite junior per rilassarmi e dormire bene prima di andare in piedi presto per il lavoro. Il tizio che mi ha controllato era gentile e sembrava scusato che l'unica suite junior attualmente Era al primo piano, gli ho detto che era perfetto, ho lavorato meglio per me, così potevo uscire rapidamente dalla porta laterale e verso la mia macchina, perché sapevo che avrei dovuto andare e andare mentre la riscaldava e sgombrava il ghiaccio. Mi ha anche detto del colazione disponibile alle 6:00, ma gli ho detto che sarei uscito a 5. Quindi non ho usato nessuna delle comodità. Ma la stanza era perfetta. Ho potuto sistemarmi in e rilassati mentre guardavo una piccola TV e poi andai a letto presto, così potevo dormire bene. Non ho avuto problemi a dormire. Il letto era comodo e non ho avuto problemi con il rumore da altri ospiti. Non ero qui da quando mi sono lasciato così presto. La mattina dopo. Ma questo mi ha salvato la vita e ha fatto molto meglio il giorno lavorativo. Il prezzo per la stanza era molto ragionevole a mio parere e la prossima volta che avremo cattivo tempo non esitarò a rimanere qui di nuovo.

La camera era molto pulita, comprese letti freschi. Il bagno e la doccia erano senza spot. La AC funziona bene! Doveva girarla a 4 gradi e ancora fredda e confortevole. Il nostro ricevitore era estremamente bello e rendeva il check-in molto facile, anche se siamo arrivati in poche ore prima del check-in (3PM), quindi siamo usciti per pranzo e la stanza è stata preparata quando siamo tornati. In generale, una esperienza molto piacevole. Infatti, non avrei dovuto restituire un prezzo di 5.0 per il valore, ma il prezzo pagato era molto più alto del prezzo online postato per il fine settimana successivo.
