L'hotel era bello. L'unica denuncia che ho avuto il mio Do Non Enter/ Non Disturbare (non so cosa ha detto) appoggiandosi sulla porta quando sono andato al negozio. Sono entrati comunque! Aveva lasciato soldi sul conto e altri valori che non avevo messo nella cassaforte non avevo tempo di gettarli lì. Non avrebbero dovuto entrare se avessi messo il segno sulla porta che ha detto non smh

Nessuna scheda n o di ferro, eccetto l'hotel che era superiore alla media

Loved being near AT&T Stadium. The hotel is close to Texas Live with several dining and nightlife options available nearby. Free parking at the hotel is included with plenty of spots. Nice restaurant and bar onsite. Will stay here again.

Siamo stati qui per la partita dei Dodgers al Globe Life Park. Era la prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto, l'hotel è in una posizione abbastanza buona, molti ristoranti nei dintorni e il parco è a solo 1 miglio dall'hotel. È un ragazzo nel loro dare corse avanti e indietro da lì a pagamento. L'hotel è un po' carino per il prezzo ma potrebbe essere un po' più pulito IMO. Ci tornerei se il prezzo è giusto.

L'hotel era molto pulito e in buona posizione. È stato disponibile ogni giorno un colazione complimentare. Tuttavia, ho avuto alcune lamentele circa la porta laterale aperta con un asciugamano che compromette la sicurezza di tutti gli ospiti. Ho osservato questa violazione della sicurezza due volte, e se uscissi dalla porta laterale, non potessi tornare all'hotel perché la chiave elettronica non funzionava. La direzione sapeva che la chiave aveva bisogno di una nuova batteria, ma non mi hanno messo in una nuova per i tre giorni che ero li'. Probabilmente per questo qualcuno stava aprindo la porta e lasciando la porta insicurezza. Un secondo problema è stato un fallimento di energia che durò circa 14 ore. Concordo che il problema non era loro colpa, ma ci volevano dormire in una stanza fredda, perché la temperatura esterna era di 38 gradi al mattino. Abbiamo deciso di lasciare l'hotel per la notte. Con i miei sforzi, sono riuscito a prenotare un altro hotel. Non eravamo gli unici ospiti che hanno deciso di lasciare l'hotel. Mi sento come se il personale avesse almeno potuto informare gli ospiti di altri hotel che soddisfacerebbero le nostre esigenze. Ci aspettavano di rimanere in una stanza fredda e buia, e mi sorprendeva che nessun manager sembrasse essere disponibile per fornire informazioni su un fallimento di potenza che durò dal pomeriggio alle quattro del mattino.

La camera è pulita. Il letto è eccellente per un bel sonno. Il servizio per colazione è gratuito ma davvero buono. I complimenti per snack sono davvero considerati per i viaggiatori. Molto raccomandato.

Made a reservation on my BonVoy app. Checked in to my room on the application. After a long day of travel with my family we arrived after 9pm only to find out our room had been given away. The front desk said he had accidently given it away before he realized they were 100% booked and was in the process of sending me an email (as if I can check an email while driving across Dallas at night). I asked if he could find me another Marriott property nearby given, I have 25+ years of loyalty to Marriott and 450+ nights. He called his manager. After a few moments of discussion (which included talking about rooms that weren't clean which brings up a whole host of other questions), I was told since it was a ”computer glitch” and ”latency issue” the manager nor Marriott had no obligation to help me of my family. He had already told me he didn't change the system to 100% occupancy... not sure that that has to do with the computer when that is human error. All I asked was to simply find me another Marriott (i.e. pick up the phone). I was polite and calm the entire time. They declined. My wife (who has MS and can barely walk) and kids took our luggage into the parking lot and drove next door to a non-Marriott hotel hoping to find a room. They only had a single room, so I put my disabled wife and kids in that room and rolled in 2 cots for my kids. The manager overheard me discussing with the front desk clerk about my experience at the Aloft down the street. She came out and asked if there was anything she could do for us. I told her no, we were just hungry and tired. She offered to go get us dinner. I declined and told her I would go get some burgers or something for everyone after getting my wife and kids settled. I had to find another hotel room for myself after all. After being in the room about 10 mins we got a knock on the door. It was the manager with 5 burgers and fries from Wendy's. My wife was almost in tears. Aloft should hire that manager away from the competition. And I have no status and asked them for nothing. I tried to pay her repeatedly and she refused to take my money. I then drove down the street looking for a place for me to stay and found a Residence Inn. They ended up having a Queen Suite that my entire family could have stayed in had the Aloft manager and her clerk had enough courtesy to pick up the phone. But they weren't ”obligated” as they stated. I ended up staying in a 2-bedroom suite by myself and paying for 2 hotel rooms, over $550 + tax, all due to the Aloft's lack of courtesy and empathy. Ironically enough, I work in software. These days every major corporation can only use buzz words like ”customer 360” and ”personalized experience” when describing the wants and needs for their consumers. But this experience with this particular Aloft and leadership (or lack thereof) only proves that what took 25+ years of loyalty to build between me and Marriot can be severely damaged in a matter of minutes simply due to the fact of someone

La camera era molto pulita, comprese letti freschi. Il bagno e la doccia erano senza spot. La AC funziona bene! Doveva girarla a 4 gradi e ancora fredda e confortevole. Il nostro ricevitore era estremamente bello e rendeva il check-in molto facile, anche se siamo arrivati in poche ore prima del check-in (3PM), quindi siamo usciti per pranzo e la stanza è stata preparata quando siamo tornati. In generale, una esperienza molto piacevole. Infatti, non avrei dovuto restituire un prezzo di 5.0 per il valore, ma il prezzo pagato era molto più alto del prezzo online postato per il fine settimana successivo.
