Camera e personale fantastici. Un soggiorno da non perdere nell'area della motorizzazione per un'esperienza di lusso. L'hotel è convenientemente situato di fronte al DC Smithsonian Institutions e al National Mall. C'è una metropolitana in loco.

Hotel molto carino!!!

My flight was cancelled so I needed to find a place to stay. The location was very convenient for DCA airport, either by metro (2 stops) or car and connected to the mall. Following Ritz Carlton’s standard, all staff was incredibly respectful, caring and attentive without being stifling. Ordered in-room dining for dinner and it was okay, but nothing special. Presentation and service of it was impeccable. When checking in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to club floor, which was very kind of them, especially after a long day of canceled and rebooked flights. Please be sure to treat the staff kindly, as it is the right thing to do. If I am in the area again, I will happily return.

We had no idea where to stay and decided the ritz Carlton. Little did we know that the hotel was connected to the mall we traveled from Virginia to visit! It was an absolute time saver and the most convenient hotel we’ve ever stayed in….besides Disney World 😁. Had the best time! Would recommend to all and will only be staying at this hotel when visiting DC.

服務態度很爛，早上來敲門好幾次問要不要打掃房間，已經告知過不用打掃了。退房前多次來問什麼時候退房，而且語氣很差。

比較老的酒店，服務還是不錯的，就是設施各種老舊，走道空調開的很低，7月份我把房間空調關了，冷氣從門縫鑽進來，都有點冷

I enjoyed my stay very much. Location is very convenient to everything you may need. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very attentive. It had rained one day and I asked one of the parking attendants and greeters Edward if he had and umbrella and he came up with one right away. Had a great stay!!!

The only thing that needs improvement is the door ban we hear every time a nearby door closes Otherwise a great place to stay in

Check in was slow. Mobil app alerted me that my room was ready 2 hours after we had checked in

The staff was AMAZING!! Huge shout out to the valet gentlemen, all of them are the sweetest souls and were so helpful with everything! The bar stuff also made my friends birthday such a treat. Can’t wait to return!

It was terrible. Horrible food, banging in the middle of the night, wasn't ritz quality was more like Holiday Inn.

We visited friends in DC just before Christmas. Treated ourselves to staying here. Lovely super clean room, super quiet, will come again and recommend to anyone.

The front desk attendees were kind and helpful. Honestly, was a bit let down with the valet service as we pulled around and they did not acknowledge us or greet us after we sat a bit. It felt a bit awkward, so we ended up parking ourselves in the garage. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the area was perfect. Will stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Ed, who brought our luggage up, was kind enough to explain how to get to my conference seamlessly, and provided great recommendations. Our room was immaculate, and the amenities left nothing to desire. 5/5
