Arica: i migliori hotel con palestra

Abbiamo soggiornato per 26 giorni dalla fine di dicembre 2022 alla metà di gennaio 2023. Il nostro soggiorno è stato in generale eccellente. Con questo periodo di soggiorno ci sono alcuni minori disappunti. Abbiamo prenotato una camera di fine giornata che rispettava tutte le aspettative, una bella vista sull'Oceano Pacifico e anche sulle colline dietro. La stanza è stata servita quotidianamente e molto pulita. Buon mobili e attrezzatura, poiché l'hotel è solo un anno. Il personale dell'hotel non avrebbe potuto essere più utile dal momento che Alphonso ci ha controllato alle 2. Hanno parlato bene l'inglese e hanno fatto traduzioni per noi, hanno aiutato a organizzare un viaggio al lago Chungara e niente è stato troppo difficile per l'intera squadra. Il buffet del colazione era più che adeguato e il ristorante aveva sempre tavoli puliti da sedere. Eravamo particolarmente fortunati a incontrare Krystel che ci ha servito molto bene insieme a diversi suoi colleghi. Il tempo di servizio era talvolta un po' lento, che era deludente. La qualità dei cibi era buona. Buona connessione Wi-Fi in tutto un grande posto per sfuggire all'inverno europeo.

Hotel & Spa Las Taguas is an excellent choice from which to explore Arica or to simply relax and rejuvenate.

I would avoid this hotel. It calls itself 5 star but the management must think it is 2 star because they treat you very poorly. The room was very nice and the gym fantastic – but that is where it ends. Firstly, we were told very clearly that we needed a card to get towels at the pool and that, if we lost it we would be charged $20 each. This is a 5 star hotel – cards to get pool towels is ridiculous. Then we left a book in the restaurant and when we went back the next day no-one had any idea what the procedure was regarding lost property. We did get it back eventually but how did no-one know where lost property was held? Poor management! The restaurant staff were terrible – at no point did anyone every come and ask us if we wanted to order or if we needed anything. We had to go to them every time – even though there were 5 or 6 of them milling around – it was very strange. But the most bizarre thing was when we mentioned that we had run out of coffee pods in the room and we were told we had to pay for them!!! We were in a suite, in a 5 star hotel and being told we had to pay for coffee pods. These are just a few examples of the poor service - ther were many more. Just not good enough –I have no idea who is managing this hotel but they clearly have little to no experience. There must be better options in Arica.
