設施：齊全，該有的都有，辦公桌，飲用水，電吹風，肥皂，洗髮水
衞生：房間很乾凈，晚上出去吃了一頓飯，房間也被打掃了一遍
環境：環境不錯，靠廣場附近，出門逛街很方便
服務：服務也可以吧，服務人員也還熱情
總之還想住，但是沒有單人間了

It is very well located and all their staff is very kind, they will always answer with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Staff is excellent and very helpful, but if you have a room on the street side, it is very noisy and you will hear vehicles go by and honk their horns

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! I stayed at Tierra Viva Plaza Arequipa during my holidays in one of the most beautiful cities in Peru 🇵🇪: Arequipa . The location is great, safe and near the best touristic places, shops and restaurants to be visited. All the staff at Tierra Viva Plaza Arequipa hotel is 1000% helpful, polite, friendly and ready to run the second mile. Thank you for such an amazing customer service to all of them!!!😀 Wonderful atmosphere !! Nice music !!! Clean and fresh rooms !!! Delicious breakfast !!! Brilliant staff !!! Punctual transference from Cruz del Sur/ Airport to the hotel and viceversa !!! Superb customer service !!! Of course, I can recommend this ‘brilliant’ hotel to ever who would like to visit, enjoy and have the most amazing experience and holidays in Arequipa😊. Thank you !!!

Great hotel with ideal location, kind staff, and lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommended. Clean comfy rooms. Full breakfast that could be brunch. 10-15 min walk to all major local sites to see. Would definitely stay there again.

The Service was incredible. I enjoyed the hospitality and the rooms were HUGE. The bathrooms were very big and the Shower was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. I loved it. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Love the free water and beer in the room. The staff are always nice and very accommodating. We were able to store our bag while off on another adventure. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of healthy products. Big comfy bed in a large quiet room.
