I had a wonderful time at veda5. The premises is really clean and beautiful, the food was very good, the yoga and meditation were great and the staff are very kind and friendly . It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and feel rejuvenated and relaxed, I would definitely recommend veda5 and hope yo visit them again in the future.

Namaskar! I just returned from India yesterday. 2 weeks spent in Veda 5 Retreat Goa left the most wonderful memories in my soul! I was amazed by everything: great place, great personalized Panchakarma program and most of all great team! Huge thanks to Pradeep,Soni and others. The satvik food and services are at the highest level 👌 Dr.Dhaney asked how I was feeling every morning and she made adjus**ents if necessary 👍 ***y thanks to therapist Shaidi for her strong and the same time very gentle hands ❤️ And,of course, ***y thanks to the yoga Teacher Yash, who made me fall in love with yoga again 🙏 20 years ago I had a bad experience, that led to back problems.. And my fear 😨 disappeared after the fist lesson with Yash✌️ He gave me complete confidence! I simply repeated everything after him,as my body allowed me. And my body, by the way, lost weight, stretched and tightened up very noticeably in 2 weeks💪 The yoga Teacher allowed me to record his class🤝 Yesterday I just returned home and today I already did my first lesson! Low bow,Yash! You are a Teacher from God🙏🙏🙏 I travel a lot,but for the first time I didn't want to leave at all!😇 I will definitely be back ❤️ Dear friends, if you need a reboot, then you urgently come here- to Veda 5 Goa! Veda 5 has been an amazing experience from start to finish. They have made me feel happy, safe and comfortable for the duration of my stay. All the staff are so accommodating and helpful in every way possible. Yeah is an amazing yoga teacher who pushes you to your best ability. Food is healthy and just right and you get to taste different types of food daily. The doctor is attentive and you can approach her about any problem and she will try to help. The therapists are exceptional at what they do and have very strong hands. Everyone is just lovely. I cannot fault this place! If you need somewhere with beautiful scenery, staff, food, yoga and trea**ents this is your place! Thank you so much for making this a once in a lifetime experience!

I spent a week in Veda5 Goa Arambol Very nice place, I liked people, ayurvedic doctor was very attentive and professional, food extremely good, yoga teacher very professional, nice calming place with a beautiful pond. Felt like im at home at my good friends. Boungalo had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. I felt very relaxed and strong after a week in Veda5 resort. Would definetely love to come back again!

It was amazing experience to stay one week in Veda5 retreat in Goa. Staff so friendly and approachable. Individual trea**ent arrange by Aurveda doctor with special meal options. The best yoga classes with very professional , helpful and supportive yoga teacher - Yash. He look after every person who’s join the class. Personally given advice and helping with Asanas. Definitely will recommend this place for these who wants to improve your yoga level, mindfully clear up your brain with meditation and healing sound by supporting with Aurveda trea**ents.

Veda5 wellness give you best in class service on all aspects... perfect serene location... A treat for the eyes...most warm team that is intuitive to understand what you need... Well maintained and clean rooms with a view that's a treat for soul... however the biggest highlight is the Yoga teacher Yash- ji..he is the BEST yoga teacher I have come across!!...he gently nudges your body out of slumber to reach its true potential... He is extremely sincere giving attention to every participant. The way he structures the class is brilliant...the body feels streched yet relaxed at the end of each session! In just a few classes the difference is felt! Will definitely go back here for a longer duration!

A fortunate opportunity to practice yoga with Yash My husband and I were at a very charming hotel, Veda5, for Panchakarma in Goa. Every morning and afternoon, we eagerly attended yoga classes led by the masterful Yash. He skillfully and very competently guided us from simple exercises to complex asanas, developing our flexibility and strength. After two weeks of classes with Yash, I achieved very good results. I lost extra pounds, felt strength and energy, and my body became flexible. A huge thanks to the Ayurveda hotel Veda5 for the wonderful lessons with Yash! 😊❤️

Everything was best here at veda5 Goa best part of this place are staff n ***ager who does live cookery session as well n we loved the cooking bcz he always cook healthy food n it's very easy to make at home too ,I would like to thank Pradeep n all staff. thank you team for giving us better service

Me n my wife we both stayed there at veda5 Goa which I can tell you this was the one of my best experience in my life we travel in different country n different parts of India but this was something different,the food ,yoga ,massage was great we are lucky we choose veda5 for our holiday,it was so relaxing,so calm we loved the cookery session which was done by ***ager Pradip all the timehe made healthy n tasty food according to our dosa type,n Dr gives diet what to eat n what not to eat, yoga session was great we mostly attended morning session,rest activities are well it will keep you engaged throughout the day.Thank you to Pradip n his team who made our stay great n comfortable. Hoping to comeback again soon.
