"Had a very disappointing experience at Lotus Sutra. The hospitality was extremely poor — starting from the security guards to the reception staff, no one seemed to know how to communicate with guests. The staff seriously needs proper soft skills training. They market themselves as a premium resort, but even basic services were missing. There was no one to assist with luggage, and we had to carry our bags ourselves from the main road. The approach road is very narrow, making it difficult for cars to even reach properly. In the scorching heat, there wasn’t even a welcome drink or basic water offered. The reception is in an open area, so you’re left waiting under a fan during check-in. They are also very rigid about early check-ins, with no flexibility at all. The room (partial sea view) was small, not very clean, and the overall property feels poorly maintained. The checkout experience was even worse — staff kept knocking and rushing us out, not allowing even a few extra minutes. There is a lady at the reception who was particularly rude, and I personally witnessed her speaking harshly to multiple guests during checkout. Overall, this place does not live up to its “premium” claim. Would not recommend. Only Good thing: Direct access to Arambol beach. Also worth noting: guests are encouraged to leave reviews during checkout in front of staff, which may explain the unusually high number of positive ratings."

"Siamo rimasti a Nanu per due notti. Siamo arrivati molto presto al mattino e anche se il check-in non era fino alle 1 pm siamo stati in grado di organizzare un check-in immediato per un costo aggiuntivo. È così valsa la pena. Le camere sono spaziose, molto pulite e ben attrezzate. L'aria condizionata e il ventilatore hanno mantenuto la camera bella e fredda. C'è una piscina sul tetto con splendide viste sui palmieri. Il bar serve grandi cocktail e il personale dell'hotel è molto utile e amichevole. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro della città, ma è facile ottenere un taxi."

"We stayed here for 2 nights, stay is excellent compared to the price. All amenities are present including swimming pool, a little garden to chill, a bar and cafe. We also received references to rent a car from reception. Staff was courteous. All Breakfast items were good. Only little drawback to this place is its inside a narrow pathway. If you are renting a car and you aren't pro in driving, it could be difficult to drive through this narrow road. For 2 wheelers no issue at all. There was party in the bar, one evening when we stayed. Rooms were spacious and clean with all amenities in working condition. The beach is 2 min drive from this place. All in all a good stay. Not sure why there aren't enough good reviews over here. If you look at other websites you will find plenty good reviews about this place. "

"We visited this hotel for the second time. This year we stayed here two weeks. It’s an excellent hotel for a reasonable price. Large and clean rooms with television, fridge, and a nice bathroom. We stayed on the ground floor with a nice terrace outside. The large king-size bed with a comfortable and soft mattress and clean sheets. And clean sheets and duvet. The rooms all have air-conditioning. The staff of the hotel is very kind and helpful."

"I booked my stay for couple of days in their beautiful room named Manali. Room was beautiful , clean and tidy. Property is located right at the beach in front of sea that gives perfect view of sunrise and sunset. Owner named ayush is very polite and kind. Food is delicious and prices are normal. If anyone is planning to visit arambol , this will be must to go place."
