Hotel in zona High on Heels, Apollo Bay

We booked a family room as well as the twin room with balcony. Both are very clean & have everything we need. Very comfy & quite spacious. Lovely bathroom & great shower. Not listed in facilities though both rooms have a microwave as well as bar fridge, kettle, toaster, hair dryer. Also mugs, glasses, plates & cutlery. 2 towels for every person (8 in family room), bath mats, spare doona. Only saying this as I had read a couple of reviews here saying bath mats were missing. Huge supply of toiletries nicely presented as well as tea, cappuccino sachets, sugar & a couple small long life milks. Large flat screen TV in both rooms (2 in the family room). Location is great, only a minutes walk to the Main Street. Bucket of umbrellas at the font door for guests is a nice touch too. Balcony view is great! To be honest, after reading reviews I was getting a little worried however we are more than happy with our rooms which have barely a fault so I thought I’d better post this update. So far the only fault I can see is a bit of damage on the bottom of the bathroom door however this doesn’t affect our stay at all. 5 stars from me & my family. The owners here have obviously taken note of past reviews.

Gli appartamenti Apollo di Apollo Bay sono un luogo fantastico per la notte. Vicino ai pub, ristoranti e negozi e alla bella Apollo Bay Beach lungo la strada Ci sono parcheggi in posizione locale sotto le unità. Il personale non l'ha mai menzionato e ha appena detto dove si trovano le scale. Se avete problemi con le scale, questo non potrebbe essere il miglior posto per rimanere se non fosse disponibile l'ascensore. In generale, era un grande valore e un appartamento molto bello e tedio. Potete facilmente fondarvi qui e fare tutte le cose turistiche della Grande Via Oceano.

We had a house layout for our family stay, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. A very cosy setup and very smart details, like heating lights in the toilet (it gets very cold in winter and the nice warm lights in toilet helps with the cold). The beds come with heating pads as well which is a great surprise. The kitchen was very well furnished and we love the warm lightings in the house. Great decorations in the house, makes me want to do the same for my own place. Just a very cosy, welcoming place to stay. Great for family want to stay more than 1 night. Location is at Apollo Bay town and just across the beach. Near eateries and groceries. The place is so welcoming that you simply want to cook and eat with the family. Thanks so much for warm reception and thanks for keeping the place so cosy.

L'hotel è composto da piccoli cortili a forma di U, due piccoli edifici a due piani e due bungalow. La posizione è di fronte all'Apollo Bay Visitor Center. È facile da trovare quando attraversi la strada ed entri. A causa della nuova corona, durante questo periodo non viene fornita la colazione. Le strutture a quattro stelle, il cortile e le camere sono arredate in stile e calde, ma il servizio più perfetto è il super servizio a cinque stelle. Il proprietario, Duncan, è davvero un nonno dal cuore molto cordiale. Quando siamo arrivati, l'aria condizionata era stata accesa in anticipo e la stanza era così confortevole che era fresca, e poi, sapendo che eravamo qui da Vline, ci ha offerto del tempo libero ed era disposto a portarci in giro per questa città. Secondo Eravamo seduti nella sua macchina e siamo andati alla piattaforma panoramica Maverick. Ai piedi della montagna, ci ha anche mostrato i luoghi dove i koala erano infestati. Due piccoli e pigri cuccioli dormivano sugli alberi. Era davvero fantastico! Guardando la vista panoramica di Apollo dalla piattaforma di osservazione, sono quattro parole: Paese delle Meraviglie sulla terra. OMG, è davvero un paese delle meraviglie. Fortunatamente, ho scelto di rimanere ad Apollo Bay per 2 giorni! È una fortuna incontrare nonno Duncan con amore angelico in questo bellissimo posto! Grazie per la vostra ospitalità, torneremo sicuramente! Nota: porta il tuo dentifricio, spazzolino da denti, pantofole e altri articoli da toeletta. Ogni camera ha cioccolatini, biscotti e caffè dell'host, così dolce.

Questo è un bel posto per un weekend di giornata. Abbiamo soggiornato qui con i nostri amici questo fine settimana e il proprietario è bellissimo e molto conosciuto sulla zona. Non può fare abbastanza per voi. Grande posto per un gruppo di amici per rimanere e c'è un bel soggiorno con fuoco per le bevande pre-pranzo e per rilassarsi. Molto pulito e l'uso di una cucina ben stoccata. Grazie per un bel fine settimana. Jo

La stanza era stata recentemente ristrutturata e senza spazi. Il letto era estremamente confortevole e un facile passo a tutto quello che ci serviva. Il manager/proprietario era estremamente amichevole e utile, soprattutto quando avevamo problemi con la lavatrice. Ha anche raccomandato di mangiare a Graze, che era fantastico e che doveva provare.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews I read on TA and Google. I made the right decision. The location is very good, short 5 minute walk to the beachfront, restaurants and grocery stores. I had a ground floor room, very clean, adequate furniture for 2 people with 2 chairs, work desk and outdoor table and chairs. It’s not 5 star, but you shouldn’t expect that with the price. Bed was comfortable, hot water aplenty but it does take a few minutes to come through the pipes. I extended the booking and the owner was happy to offer a discount. Would I stay again - YES

L'hotel è un grande luogo per soggiornare in Apollo Bay, il parcheggio è spazioso e potremmo parcheggiare proprio davanti alla nostra porta. Le camere erano molto spaziose e confortevoli, il riscaldamento era eccellente, perché era molto freddo quando viaggiammo. I letti erano caldi e confortevoli e vi è una vista eccellente dalle scale. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, si è davvero divertito con il nostro soggiorno e si sarebbe certamente rimasti.
