My 1938 duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms, a pull out sofa bed and one bath. It has its own private entrance that is accessed with a smart code. The apartment is located across the street from Baptist Health hospital, and right down the street from UK. Kroger football stadium is only a 10 minute walk. Downtown is only a couple miles away, and Keeneland is only a 10-12 minute drive. The city ordinance states that, “the maximum number of occupants of this Short-Term rental cannot exceed 4 people”. Moreover, “guests are prohibited from allowing more individuals than the maximum occupancy allows”, which is 6 total.
