先説優點：性價比高，淡季入住才169元（含2份早餐）。房間大、乾淨整潔，酒店外裝潢高級。接送站服務好，前台服務員親自開車接送，並且介紹到劍門關景區怎樣打車、酒店附近哪家餐廳好吃。房間內配備了4瓶景甜礦泉水👍。洗澡水足，房間空調熱度可以。酒店距離高鐵站近。距離劍門關景區有7路公交車直達4元車費。 再説缺點： 1、早餐廳太冷了，服務員説因為房間大，開着空調也不暖和，其實如果晚上就一直開着餐廳空調，早上肯定就不會那麼冷了，當然從控制支出成本方面講，也能理解吧。 2、早上下電梯吃早飯，還遇到了沒有來及的打掃的電梯裏的嘔吐物😓如果我是酒店管理人員或者工作人員，首先做的是停掉那部電梯，讓保潔打掃完再運行。而不是客人告知前台後，還讓那部電梯運行拉了幾波客人😓 3、辦理入住的時候，因為有幾波客人在，前台給我們辦理入住的時候有些急躁和顧不過來的感覺，以至於怎麼登陸Wi-Fi，都是我進入房間後，想起來前台沒告知，而又親自下樓到前台諮詢了一遍。 4、接上一條，找前台問詢為什麼不打電話，因為房間內電話撥不通前台電話，用手機才能撥通😂別問我為什麼知道（親身體驗過了） 5、離店後，送站路上才知道冰箱裏有免費飲料，送站的小妹説，辦理入住的時候，她們都會告知客人的，但是，我們並沒有被告知，原因請看第3條。 總之，從硬件上講，酒店外貌高端、大氣、上檔次，但是軟件沒跟上去，服務做的不行。如果酒店老闆注重培訓員工，加上這個酒店這麼好的硬件，星級才能更上一個檔次吧😂 設施：好
